Merlynn Park Hotel

I recommended this hotel, their breakfast buffet is delicious, their suit rooms are big. The amenities like pool and gym, sauna are great deals too

The hotel boasts a beautiful view and clean facilities. It was a wonderful experience, and I will return again. Not first time

During arrival, staff handed me a cold towel, thats is a new for me. Staff name Dwi putro also really helpful and friendly during my checkin. He even upgraded me to a better room for my stay. Breakfast was excellent and there is a lot of choice of food to choose from. The swimming area was good. room was spacious and bed is comfy. Even it look a little old but it is still acceptable

Disappointing Stay – Noise Issue and Poor Service I was supposed to stay at this hotel for two nights, but unfortunately, my first night was very unpleasant and then I decide check out 1 night only The room next to mine was extremely noisy, making it very difficult for me to sleep and get proper rest. I expected a comfortable and peaceful stay, but the noise significantly affected my experience. On top of that, the check-in process was also disappointing. I had to wait for around 30 minutes because there was only one staff member handling the front desk at the time. This made the arrival experience unnecessarily frustrating. Overall, I am disappointed with my stay. The hotel needs to pay more attention to guest comfort, especially regarding noise control, and should ensure there are enough staff available during check-in. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service and guest experience in the future.
