Fabulous experience, beautiful hotel. Luigi and his colleagues greeted us each morning for a beautiful breakfast with outstanding service. Perfect beachfront room in an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. Will book at the GHC again, highly recommend.

A solid 4-star hotel. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in May 2024. Overall, I was very happy with it. The room was comfortable. I thought it was a little small, but it was clean and well appointed. The bathroom was not cramped and was well lit. The staff are what you would expect at a 4-star hotel. They are courteous and attentive. We had a problem with the AC when we checked that was taken care of promptly. The elevators worked and were clean and well maintained. Location is very good. Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was great. Good selection. Good pastries. I had lunch at the beach restaurant one afternoon. I had fried shrimp and scallops that were very good. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant a few times. It is a nice setting for a meal. The service was good. The menu was good, not a ton of selections but a good assortment. They have a dessert buffet that was very good. The lobby and the terrace are very nice. There is a bar in the lobby. I sat out on the terrace a couple of times and enjoyed being outside.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in May 2024. Overall, I was happy with the experience. We had a room on the east side facing the beach. The room was comfortable. The bathroom wasn't cramped and was well lit and clean. IMO the room was a little small for the price. The elevators worked and were clean. The staff are what you would expect at a 4* hotel, very courteous and attentive. We had a problem with the AC when we got there, but it was corrected. Breakfast was great. We ate dinner at the hotel several times. The food was good and the service excellent. They have a dessert buffet with a good selection. The lobby and terrace are very nice.

As always in life there are good impressions. The staff was polite and helpful, from the two very helpful porters to reception. Room cleaners were good I have not tried the restaurant as the menu appeared bland in comparison with the local restaurants.I did not like the manager Domenico,he is not from the trade.Surely he will be good at something else. Bathtub (which also serves as shower) very difficult to enter and leave as it is too high I reported to the front desk that the TV was unplugged and the bathroom mirror was written on with my fingers, I noticed after taking a shower. Only one small lift for the whole hotel. My stay was five days, of which the lift worked only the first day. Wifi useless as signal is weak, speed low, and the connection breaks down constantly. This alone is enough reason to avoid the accomidation Room price very much over the top with an average of €300. Correct would be €100 my room 56.

We’ve just got back from an amazing stay here. The staff in the hotel were amazing and friendly (sadly the beach staff, not so much). Food was fantastic from breakfast, the beach restaurant and the main restaurant. Menu changed every night. We were hard pressed to find anything better in Cesenatico. The hotel is brilliantly located to feel the evening buzz of the place. The whole resort area is exceptionally clean. It also feels really safe for all ages. Beach at the hotel was kept spotless. Very few brits here which we really loved. Rooms could do with a bit of renovation but we hardly spent any time in them.

You have to walk in a lot to reach swimming depth Now the not so good details Situated in a ‚touristically developed‘ area without protection There is a stair in front of the main entrance Hotel aged and in need of renovation Rooms very simple with cheap furniture, and too small No sitting chair for desk, only a low useless armchair No socket on one side of the bed Bathtub (which also serves as shower) very difficult to enter and leave as it is too high Only one small lift for the whole hotel My stay was five days, of which the lift worked only the first day. No idea what happened after my departure. Many old guests with even crutches had to use the staircase over several floors. No excuse, no compensation Beach access costs €32 Wifi useless as signal is weak, speed low, and the connection breaks down constantly. Historic and majestic hotel in the center. Even though our room was a deluxe with a sea view (I would say...a view of the tennis court which we had right below), it was showing signs of age. Old furniture...and not antique...bathroom with very uncomfortable tub and really small television and not 4 star. There was no kettle in the room which I consider essential in this category... Nice terrace bar and breakfast. Very comfortable bike service and kindness from the staff.
