"The proprietors and all staff were very proactive in ensuring our stay was pleasant. The New Year’s Eve menu and service was marvellous. We lost count of the number of courses. A special call out for all the restaurant staff, who were lovely and sooo hardworking, Leo, the Maître D, who was very professional and efficient in organising that everything went smoothly and, of course, the chef for the excellent menus. The only ‘complaint’ concerns 1st January: despite the abundant cenone of 31st, the huge lunch buffet included - in the best Romagnola tradition - lasagne (which was perfect), fritto misto and an entire porchetta. Of course, we had no choice but to try all of those . We will be back (but only after we lose the five kilos we gained)."

"A small family run hotel with spotless and comfortable rooms. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our son is Coeliac and they really looked after him. The breakfast is really good and if you like cake there's about 30 to choose from along with plenty of fruit, breads and savoury. Only 200mtrs to the beach and as a resident there's also 10% off in alot of restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel for a nice relaxing holiday."

"I have a 3-star hotel which I think would deserve at least one more star for dedication and care that is put to meet the needs of the guests. I stayed for a weekend last year and this year, unfortunately, I did not find a room available three days before the ferry day, and I had the opportunity to spend the ferry day in the pool and lunch. I spent a wonderful day of relaxation and eat divinly. Excellent quality of raw materials, and flavors as well as a star restaurant. I found the hotel as always clean, modern and comfortable as the rooms. A friendly and professional manager, efficient staff. Thank you and wish you for your work."

"Hotel to avoid checking your consumption because they charged us for drinks when we didn't even have dinner on site 600 euros just for drinks for 4 days too much. The meals are just passable the breakfast no more bread at 8:45 a.m. in short they take the tourists for fools"

"Let's start by saying that the hotel is already too much... It's a two-star guesthouse. If you adapt, you can spend a stay like a B&B, nothing more! Lunch and dinner are inedible: we had booked with an all-inclusive formula but after a day we asked not to eat there anymore. Garlic and cream everywhere and ridiculous portions, vegetable buffet with four types of choice and recycled from the day before. Fruit only apples, oranges, bananas and kiwi. There are no labels indicating the ingredients and therefore everything is a surprise. Swimming pool not clean: no one dared to enter. Free parking in the municipal parking lot very far from the hotel or on the adjacent paid streets. Small room and 60x60 shower. Holiday to forget."
