Our recent stay at Sheraton Resort and Spa Huahin was absolutely exceptional. We checked in on July 24 and stayed for three nights and four days. The entire experience was smooth and amazing, as it always is when we visit. The outstanding service we received ensured that we will make this an annual sister trip. Every department, from the bell boys who collected our bags to the front desk staff who facilitated check-in and check-out, was incredibly helpful. In particular, K. Orijin demonstrated great kindness and a service-oriented mindset. During our stay, only one restaurant, Luna Lanai, was open on weekdays. However, all three of our meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - were enjoyed there, and the food and beverage team never failed to impress. They were incredibly accommodating, even going so far as to ask the chef to prepare meals not on the menu based on our preferences. We would like to extend our gratitude to the entire F&B team for taking such good care of us and making us feel like royalty. It is because of their dedication and exceptional service that we have decided to make this an annual tradition, spending our sisters' trip at this beautiful hotel. A special thank you goes to Chef A, Sunee, Oh, Dom, Noom, and the SV team consisting of Surat, Alex, Manfa, Yodsanon, and Bam. Each of them played a significant role in making our meals outstanding. Our stay was made even more memorable as we were able to celebrate my sister's birthday and anniversary simultaneously. We are so impressed with the stay at the Palayana HuaHin. Our request for wheelchair for our mum, two rooms near each other, were accommodated. Staff are very friendly and service-minded. Room are spacious, clean, nice sea view. Breakfast are delicious, staff at the venue are also very helpful. We had fruit smoothies at the bar near the beach, yummy , relax, so chilled by the sea. Me and my daughter swam at the pool, good jacuzzi. Overall we really had happy stay and would recommend the place to all.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, der Service einzigartig. Wir wurden herzlich mit einem Erfrischungsgetränk in der Lobby empfangen. Danach wurden wir zu unserem Zimmer gebracht, alles wurde durch einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter erklärt. Das Hotelzimmer war gross, hell und sauber. Jeden Tag wurde es gereinigt, neue Handtücher bereitgelegt. Ein Balkon mit Blick auf den Hoteleingang war dabei. Der Swimmingpool mit Blick auf das Meer war atemberaubend. Das Restaurant in dem wir das Abendessen zu uns nahmen war ebenfalls mit Blick auf das Meer wunderschön. Der Service war einzigartig, das Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Waren immer darauf bedacht das es uns an nichts fehlte. Der Abschied fiel schwer, denn es war ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem tollen Land, mit sehr freundlichen, entspannten Menschen die uns den hektischen Alltag in unserer Heimat vergessen ließen. Sehr gerne kommen wir, wenn es uns möglich ist, in dieses wunderschöne Land sowie Resort wieder.

It was my first time at this hotel. Hear me out with my expression to this property. As soon as I stepped in the staff gave us such a warm greetings also the giant elegance classic chandelier was attracted lots of intentions. My children loved it so much. How impressed! The facilities are excellent and clean,the rooms with hygiene 100% Another spotlight that attracts attention is the swimming pool, so phenomenal with the front private beach. You have your own space and privacy. The staff there are so lovely they were treating us like a family. Especially, the host Pat he totally nailed it and makes us feel like home..the best! I love the Nómada. A good choice for a beautiful dinner with a variety of Southern American food. How incredibly they’ve decorated the place, its beyond heaven. I have no doubt to returning there again with my family. Highly recommended! Angie

The resort consists of a number of villas laid out on a large area of land. Widely spaced so it is very quiet. It is just off the main road, but there is a 7-11 close by and a restaurant on the other side of the road. Apart from that not much outside of the area. Friendly and efficient reception staff and transportation to the room. The room is big with an extra couch, a fridge with complimentary water, a balcony and a bathroom with toilet and shower. All is not new but in good condition. The aircon is a bit loud. There is a coffee machine, but the cups need to be purchased at 50 baht each. WiFi works well, only annoying the repeated request for log in. At night the room is very dark. There is a large pool (about 30 meters long, 1.20 m deep) with around it enough reclining chairs. A bit spartan, no cushions, as with the chairs on the balcony. The hotel is situated on the beach front.There is some music from the bar but not too loud and bit away from the bar it is quiet. The restaurant serves mainly Thai food and sometimes here is some live music (mostly Thai songs). Breakfast is very extensive and service is friendly. There is the inevitable music to entertain you, but if you prefer to unwind more quietly you can sit outside or by the pool. All in all this place is good value for money.

The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Hot water heater is working well with good water pressure. Bed is huge, soft and comfortable. Housekeeper has been doing a wonderful job and keeping the place spotlessly clean. Breakfast spread is reasonable. The room comes with a beautiful Seaview, especially at sunrise.
