We spent 3 nights here after a concert at the TripleTree Resort and enjoyed our stay immensely. The beds are very comfortable, the water is piping hot, there’s a nice jacuzzi tub and other thoughtful amenities. The staff was also very kind and attentive. And the property is directly across from the beach. Also the breakfast was delicious and selection was great! Will visit again when in the area."

The hotel claims to be 5-star, but the curtains have dry, dirty stains. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool. The staff provided excellent service, which I commend. Breakfast was also superb, with a wide variety of choices. You can't swim in the sea because it's a tidal flat. If you're not particular about swimming in the sea, then it's okay."

Phattrasom Villa
"We got a room in the main building for two nights. On the second day, the room was cleaned, but the blankets weren't changed. There was no facial tissue in the room; we had to bring our own. Only toilet paper was available in the bathroom. The room door didn't close properly; there was a large gap, making it not very soundproof. Noise from the hallway, footsteps, and children's voices could be heard. The TV remote was difficult to use, and the symbols were very faded and hard to see. The good thing about this place is that the shower had good water pressure. The accommodation is located on the road along the beach, which is convenient. The 7-Eleven is a bit far, but walkable."

Relo' the Urban Escape - Huahin
"We recently stayed at Relo for the second time. While our first experience was excellent, this visit was quite different. The service was slow and inattentive—on three consecutive days, I had to request room service to collect dishes, and it took a full day for them to be removed. Additionally, I experienced an allergic reaction, which was concerning given that guests are allowed to bring pets. When I observed the housekeeper cleaning the villa, I was shocked to see them disposing of dirt from inside the villa into the plants by the pool—a practice that seems more likely to attract cockroaches than maintain cleanliness. Relo is marketed as an "urban escape," but our stay was far from relaxing. Families with children were allowed to create a disruptive environment, with kids screaming continuously while their parents were engrossed in their mobile devices, showing little regard for other guests. While I understand that kids will be kids, the lack of parental supervision was disappointing. Overall, the maintenance and quality of the hotel have noticeably declined over the past year and a half. Unfortunately, I left with six large welts on my body, and my wife also had smaller ones on her face—raising serious concerns about the hygiene standards at this hotel."
