Staff, location and everything is good except the cleaness of quilt. Outside seems OK, but inside so disgusting. I found it at midnight then end up to stay up whole night. It should not be such standard.

Hotel telephone was no one picked up call for 3 days since before arrival and during stay. Lack of staff at front checked and restaurant as it is many guests as school holidays.

Kids house is very good. But slider of pool was broken some points. We can't go to beach. But almost good. No stress. There ware almost Thai persons.

Have a good location , nice view , and staff very helpful. Breakfast was super.

Hotel rebranded from Novotel. Some area still under renovation. Nice room but a bit dated. Nice panoramic view. Breakfast so so. Many activities for kids. Kids enjoyed a lot

Nice ocean view but personal beach is not clean. Front desk staff not cooperative they demands money for every service. Even they demand money for 1 plate they are not friendly with kids. Disappointing experience.

It’s an old building and feel unclean in the room but at the high floor have a good view with cheap price…

Great hotel . I love the swimming pool. The entertainment at the pool. Fome party. Clean room nice and great view.

Good location but the food’s not high quality, kids club and game zone are good.

We spent 3 days at this hotel and everything looks good. The breakfast is good, there is a lot of choice, the pool is large, there is enough space for everyone. Large children's club with good attitude of workers. Lots of children's active games in the pool and outside. we spent a lot of time at the pool. Good for families with children. Sea view from all rooms. The view in the morning is great. But the hotel is getting old and needs renovation. In our room, only hot water flowed from the shower faucet, and in the bed we found the insect that the hotel had complained about.

Overall the hotel is big but old the facilities quite rotten and not maintenance at all. The only nice thing was big pool but they don’t even have a life guard. Breakfast was poor serviced not good. The don’t even have a bath robe, cotton bud, tooth brush for the amenities. I highly not recommend this hotel!!!!

Trip.com was a lot cheaper (even than Agoda, so I strongly recommend checking at least three websites) and the hotel doesn’t offer price matching. One of the roads to the hotel has a lot of potholes so drive carefully. It’s about 20 minutes from the center, so hope you don’t mind. The member program seems pointless, so I didn’t bother joining & do you have to wait till next time to get benefits:( had to wait 15 minutes for our room to be ready, but didn’t see a lot of guests.
