Awesome and Great customer service at the front desk! Had an issue with my ******* reservation, but front desk helped resolve the issue and get my wife and I a room. Definitely recommend captain suites.

Everything was excellent except for "clinking sounds" and a
popping sound" In the pipes? It woke me up several times. Sometimes I didn't hear it all to it making sounds frequently.

The best place to stay. The property manager is the kindest person I've ever met at a motel. Rooms always clean and smells good. Peaceful and quiet. We won't stay anywhere else.

Room was clean spacious, quiet and comfortable. The outside of the Property was also clean and parking was convenient. This was definitely a place i would stay again.

The room was not clean the shower had hairs from someone previously there were crumbs in the drawers spider webs in the corner of the sink and the smell of the room was just awful and to top it all off the door handle to the restroom was hanging off and came off as soon I opened the door to come out of the restroom
I didn’t even bother to mention anything I was in and out of the room

The front desk lady was very kind and responsive when we needed something or had questions. Our room had everything we needed and a great TV too.
We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

It's a new place , so you expect some little things. One room still had tape on top of the shower from the painters, no place to put your soap , shampoo, conditioner, etc. Over all very nice place, people are friendly always ready to help you
