The room is good, but the water in the shower room is not flowing smoothly. It is recommended to improve it. The room size and hygiene are good. The breakfast is also quite rich. It would be better if some freshly cooked noodles or wonton dumplings were added. It is very close to the Ice and Snow New World and the ski resort, but there are no restaurants nearby.

The hotel environment is OK, but there is no large-scale reception capacity.
1. At 10 o'clock in the evening, hot water was enough for one person to wash his hair. After the shower gel was finished, I found that there was no hot water. I called the front desk and said that because too many people used hot water, the hot water supply was insufficient, but I could wipe my body with cold water.
2. There is water in front of the hotel, the stairs are icy, there are no anti-slip measures and anti-slip reminders, resulting in elderly wrestling and rolling down the stairs.
3. There are also some small points, such as calling the front desk at 8:30 and no one answers, etc., so it will not count.
All in all, the hotel service ability is still not up to the level of pick-up

The room is large, just like the picture. The boss is warm, the service is thoughtful, the location is a bit biased, but it is convenient to take a taxi. Breakfast can be eaten at the boss's house, there are dumplings. After we packed it more than the night before, the boss borrowed the pot in the morning to help heat it. Feel at home. The doorway is really different, you can try.

I stayed in this hotel before traveling abroad. The host helped me carry my bags early in the morning and he also gave me a ride to the airport, what was very convenient. The room is clean and comfortable, the inner yard is beautiful, but I didn’t like the location (far from the city). Though there are some shops and cafes nearby.

The hotel was not too clean , however matches with price, the receptionist and driver was so polite. Super service , professional. If you are okay with normal chinese cleanliness then this hotel is good 、call to the hotel when you are departures then they will pick you up from door number 8. Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.
The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience.
In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort.
One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with a friendly smile from the staff.

The hotel is a little far from the city, but on the way from the city, you can pass through the snow-covered forest. There are basically few cars on the road. It feels great. The trees are all covered with rime, which is very beautiful.
The parent-child hotel is very considerate for children. The housekeeper Zheng Zheng added WeChat in advance and replied very promptly. The room is very warm and the cheesecake given when checking in is very sweet and delicious.
The room is very large and well maintained, very clean, and the facilities are also complete. The water temperature of the swimming pool in the hot spring is also very good, higher than that of ordinary swimming pools, and the body feels very comfortable. Surfing and rafting are fixed at a fixed time every day. You must experience it. It is recommended to prepare the circle in advance. If you don’t bring it yourself, you can rent or buy it on the spot, which is not expensive.
The hotel’s small hot pot focuses on health preservation. The set meal is very cost-effective and 2 people can’t finish it at all. Thanks again to the enthusiastic service of housekeeper Zheng Zheng.

- Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city
- Room size was big despite having a small window space
- Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries)
- About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54
Cons:
- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets
Overall (Summary)
- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. Some negative aspects though:
- The check-in took more than 20 minutes.
- On the lobby, they have a beautiful coffee machine... that does not work... Only for decoration.
- The breakfast seems nice with a lot of options but nothing is really good (fake fruit juice, no cold cut or cheese, no pork sausages, etc.)
- The sales manager of the hotel used my booking contact (from Trip.com) to add me on Wechat and advertise for his hotel. Which is definitely abusive.

3. The staff ( a tall guy ) who welcome us is very friendly and help us to carry our bag. We also ask him about our trip destination and direction. Overall the staff we meet during our stay is good and willing to ask us. They will attend very fast once we call them.

BBaolingIt was a pleasant stay for my pals and I at the hotel. The staff were specially helpful. Special thanks goes to Jason who make sure that our needs are catered to - he even went beyond to assist us to order our breakfast using his own handphone in view of our early flight today! The front desk Miya and Ivy were helpful as well! The housekeeper did a good job too, my request for extra bottles of mineral water is met as well, regardless the time of the day. The only con I would say, is the construction works going on - that said, it has to be done so that hotel can cater better services for the Guests. I will visit the hotel again if I visit Changchun again! Thanks!

She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there.
