服務：店長來高鐵站接我們到酒店辣，一站式貼心服務，還舉着巨大的接站牌哈哈哈，特別熱情❤️🔥
設施：酒店很新，暖氣很足，各種設施都漂漂亮亮，枕頭也不會很軟，特別舒服～洗澡水流特別好，水大到感覺在做按摩，驚到我們嚕。
環境：窗外就是江景，能夠看到日落，樓下還有小超市和好吃的水果店，特別方便！
總體來説很滿意，希望酒店繼續加油！保持最好！

春節自駕回家路過暫住，奔着新開酒店去的，沒想到體驗感實在是太差了，本來就堵車堵了一天，晚上22：30才進酒店，帶着小孩，沒想到進屋一開水龍頭，一大股下水道反味就上來了，接着是無煙房，床頭有幾個煙頭燙壞的地方，聯繫了前台來處理問題，結果大姐來了帶着口罩説聞不到味道，還問我們是不是吃什麼味道重的東西了，實在是無語，大姐當著麪給用方言説她聞不到，弄半天説帶我換房，去看下房間，結果去了是一個高級大床房，直接給我降級住，還説可以把房間恢復成我訂的那種房型，衹有小冰箱拿不了，這就更無語了，説詞是酒店滿房，我都懶得去驗證，也不想換了，讓處理一下原來房間，結果還是被我媳婦發現洗臉盆下水道里有一衹牙刷，讓處理一下，客房大姐居然説她不會弄，又聯繫半天，一共來了兩個不同的同事，結果後來告訴我還有一間同樣房型可以先去看下，是後面沒來的客人預訂的，又折騰半天，總算是住下了，我們還當心他們把有問題那間房賣給那個客人，他們更是要被投訴慘了....
總而言之就是以後不到不得已，可能不會再去住了，

很棒 很新 服務很好的酒店 服務員細節也做的很好 看我們隨行有小童 特別給我們提供了小童專用的洗漱用品 遇到問題也能及時有效的解決 很棒 臨走還提供小禮物 很貼心 對了 還給升級房型了 nice……

太推薦了！就在老西門旁邊。
酒店乾淨整潔。居然還配有洗衣房洗衣機乾衣機和熨斗（免費），再也不用手洗了！健身房很小，配有一台跑步機 一台划船機，啞鈴 ，瑜伽墊泡沫軸 乾淨毛巾及飲用水。前台在14樓。我的房費不包括早餐 所以沒有評價。推薦大家預訂

酒店地理位置不錯，停車也非常的方便，停車是免費停車的，酒店前台在14樓，竹居非常的舒適，前台的小姐姐們也非常的暖心，提供了酸梅湯，早餐非常好吃，種類也挺多的，健身房和洗衣服也非常方便，客房衞生也非常乾淨，空調效果也不錯，推薦入住！
