居然沒熱水，叫了很久沒來解決，滿口團隊人多敷衍唐塞，體驗太差了，可能主要是跟前晚住了海花島歐寶對服務比較大落差

酒店周圍環境還行，但是其餘全是缺點。設施陳舊，開發度假避寒房，部分作為酒店。服務差，房間衞生差，床鋪濕的如圖，很久才有服務員上門來換。早餐品種不多，糕點都是冷的即使是剛上的也是如此。酒店有提供電瓶車到海灘，環境還行，但不推薦這個酒店，性價比低

設施：可能太少人去了，基本的設施都沒有開放，差不多500一晚的酒店是想好好有游泳，結果泳池水應該有好久喜歡時間沒有有換
衞生：一般，比較舊和過時的裝修
環境：環境不錯的，就是沒有什麼人，燈，水池都不開了，陰陰暗暗的
服務：前台比較有禮貌，接駁車的有點黑臉，無表情
早餐:還是比較少人的問題，所以選擇少，味道也一般
棋子灣海灘接駁車:日落是7點半，6點就收車，老闆你覺得合理嗎？
不會再去了，480多元一點也不值得

晚上十點過睡着後服務員來敲門，在未應答的情況下刷卡大力開門，説是送滅蚊器（其實是其他客房要求的，送錯房間），把人嚇得夠嗆。大晚上這種錯誤加服務態度就很離譜。

出差多年，第一次遇到房間停電是因為沒電費了！
餐飲，居然因為疫情的原因，還不能堂食，這就是有矛盾了！

很小眾的地方，酒店環境非常好，就是人不多，適合帶娃或者情侶出行，酒店早餐的冰美式很不錯，服務很NICE！酒店中線一直走可以到達一片趕海的地方，很漂亮！回來嫌累可以給酒店打電話派觀光車來接！下次還來！

開車意外路過，進來感覺環境真心不錯，前台接待真的太熱情了，帶我們參觀房間，最終我們住下來了。偶遇一位佩戴金鑰匙的小姐姐，對我們也是有求必應，天氣變涼對我們人文關懷也是。讓我最為感動的是，在我們晚飯回來後回客房還給我們做好了夜床服務。
