連住了兩晚，很不錯的入住體驗。環境很好，是竹海十佳民宿。老闆人很好，也很講究，牙具等用品比一般農家樂好得多。早餐小菜特別豐富，特別稱讚雞蛋是土雞蛋。廚師廚藝好，價格在景區內也算合理，可以作為週末休閑的地方。

竹海人家酒店位於竹海的中心最高處，環境優雅房間設施不錯，五一假日的竹海細雨濛濛霧氣籠罩，雖然感覺涼意但是讓人感覺很舒服，天然的氧吧，就是竹海的飯菜價位有些高，竹筍臘肉還是挺好吃的

環境非常好。幽靜。房間很乾凈。老闆、老闆娘和其他工作人員都非常熱情、樂意幫助客人。老闆娘在知道我們喜歡新鮮竹筍後，在我們離開之前特意去自家竹林挖了一些送我們。
景區有三個出入門，西門、北門和東門。因為我們來景區的方向，GPS指引我們走了北門。那條路太難走。到了旅館才知道應該走西門。西門外是一條大道。當然這完全不是旅館的責任。不過，我還是願意給旅館一個小小的建議，希望把“從西門進”這個訊息加到旅館訊息裏，這樣將來的客人可以避免我們遭遇的尷尬。
