Like this hotel. They have warm toilet floors and toilet seats. It's not walking distance from airport though. We took a cab from the airport and got a disgruntled driver muttering complaints - he wanted a longer distance passenger to earn more.

The airport pickup was efficient, I was escorted from the desk to the pickup point and only had to wait 3 minutes.The hotel was clean and quiet. The receptionist spoke English and was really helpful.

Excellent location , the room is clean . Automatic night llight is convenient. Confusing to get to the location on foot, it would be nice to have some directions.

Great service by staff. She helped us to arrange a transport to the hotel at 1+am when we missed our flight and had to extend our stay in changsha. We also got to check out late, at 2pm. The stay was comfortable too!

The hotel is very clean and spacious ,Staff Miss Tang Tang was very helpful and gave us guidance on hotel amenities,she even helped us to use express services,Thank you so much Miss Tang Tang,overall it was a pleasant stay at the hotel.Thank you:)
