A Dream Homestay (Changsha Railway Station) Reviews

Actually, we were supposed to have 1 unit for 6 people. However, when we arrived, the unit was a little bit packed so we reserved another unit for 2 people. Fortunately, we met the owner so he showed us other units that suit us. Owner of the unit is very helpful, friendly and responsive. I really recommend this unit tp foreigners. Perhaps, 1 unit for people would be more suitable so it wont get so cramped in the unit. Location was perfect. Close to mrt and mall.

Clean and tidy ~ cost-effective, a family of 6 slept very comfortably, the room has a wide view, it is located in the city center, there is a subway entrance downstairs, and transportation is convenient. There is a large shopping mall next to it, which is convenient for shopping and eating ~ ~

Traveling with children and the elderly, the room is very good and beautifully designed, suitable for a family or friends to stay together.

Checking in at the beginning was already very troublesome, there was no front desk, and then we were given the wrong password, which wasted our time. Walking into the room, the description when booking said there were three rooms. After spending a lot of time entering the room, I discovered that there were only two rooms. After being processed by the platform, we were asked to pay 100 yuan to live in a three-room house. The new room design is very strange. The stairs are in the middle of the room, which is very inconvenient. The hygiene is average and acceptable. The bedding is the advantage of this apartment. It is quite comfortable and the location is very convenient. There is a peculiar smell in the toilet upstairs, and the curtains in the room upstairs are partially torn. The most egregious thing is that the air conditioner automatically turns off every few hours. They treated us like this because they changed rooms. Fortunately, all the deposits were refunded🥴 All in all, I will definitely not stay at this hotel again 

This is the first time I stayed in a hotel that matches the pictures. Next time I come to Changsha, I will choose A Dream B&B.

The most comfortable homestay I've ever stayed in, better than expected, the sheets and quilts were very clean. I was worried that it would be different from the pictures when I traveled before, but the real thing is very nice! I will come here again when I come to Changsha in the future.

The B&B housekeeper responded very positively and solved any problems as soon as possible. The B&B is very beautiful and new, and the children love the slide in the room.
