The service was excellent, truly the highlight of this hotel. They were very prompt in responding to all my messages. If you're traveling with family, I highly recommend booking a family room; it's significantly better than the standard twin rooms. It would be even better if they had a laundry room. Although I was on a non-smoking floor, several rooms had their doors open with people smoking and playing cards, which made the entire floor smell strongly. However, this might just be a regional characteristic of Hunan, and perhaps difficult for the hotel to manage.

This is probably one of the best high-class hotels. The staff were very attentive. When they saw me carrying my luggage from the main road because the ride-hailing driver stopped by the roadside instead of the drop-off bay, they quickly came over to help. The hotel service then brought my luggage to the room and clearly explained the room and its amenities. That said, I was a little concerned about security: the "power card" (which can also open room doors) in my room was not actually linked to my room, and linked to other room on the other floor. I hope the hotel looks into this, as it could pose a security risk if the power card and key card aren't assigned to the same room.

My stay at the Wyndham Changsha was very satisfying. The hotel is located in the Desiqin business district, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Getting a taxi to Wuyi Square or other attractions was always smooth. The front desk staff were efficient, friendly, and professional, proactively offering local tips. The room was spacious and bright, with a wide-angle view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. A special shout-out to the concierge's quick response time – they were always instantly available. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including freshly made Hunan rice noodles and other local specialties, which tasted authentic. For an international brand hotel at this price point, the value for money is excellent. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Changsha.

It's conveniently located close to the commercial center with easy transport access. A truly excellent experience!

Especially because of my itinerary, the butler even made a special note for a late check-out, and they even gave me a small gift when I left, which was a very warm gesture. Overall, the value for money is superb, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Changsha!

The hotel is conveniently located next to a large shopping mall within walking distance, with ample parking available both at the entrance and in the basement. The room was incredibly clean, which was a huge plus for someone like me who is particular about hygiene. Fresh fruit was delivered to the room daily, which was a lovely touch! The service was excellent. I'll definitely choose Wyndham again on my next visit to Changsha.

The location is great for getting a taxi. Both the hotel and room are clean and tidy. It's a thoughtful touch that they can deliver Starbucks from the first floor directly to your room. Ordering food delivery is also convenient with their robotic delivery service. The butler service is very attentive. Everything was fantastic!

Hotel stay was pleasant, staff was very attentive when we requested for a scale when the one in our room wasnt working. We requested for late check out and the process was very smooth. Highly reccommend!

The hotel room was spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. The service was especially great; they even notified me when I left something behind. Plus, the complimentary coffee and takeaway food could be delivered right to my room. I'll definitely come back next time I have the chance!

Booked this hotel again! The staff are so friendly and proactively asked about my check-in time. They even upgraded my room, which was a lovely surprise, and arranged for fresh fruit to be delivered to my room beforehand. The location is super convenient for food and getting around. The local Changsha rice noodle shop they recommended was delicious, especially the stir-fried topping! The hotel facilities are great, and the rooftop pool has a comfortable water temperature with nice views. A really pleasant stay overall.

Love the hotel and the staff at the hotel - they are really friendly and gave really good service , the hotel room is roomy and very clean as well - thoughtful touches to have kid items (kids slippers, step ladders, kids toothbrush set). The kids loved the family room too as it had a little tent in it. The breakfast spread was really good too. Would highly recommend if you are coming to changsha to stay here.
