The room was clean and tidy. The customer service representative, Xia Zhi, even arranged for an upgraded room with a view of the Xiang River sunset and the night light show. It was an excellent experience.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with great views, right by the river and close to the subway station, making it convenient for visiting all the major attractions. The price is reasonable, the service is good, and the front desk staff, especially Xia Zhi, was warm and attentive.

This was my third stay, and there's definitely a reason I keep coming back! It's super convenient for getting to all the attractions, and there's a subway station just a 10-minute walk away. The service is excellent, and while breakfast is simple, it's quite tasty. The only downside this time was the hairdryer – a third of the styling nozzle was covered in dirt.

The location is convenient, yet quiet and peaceful, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room facilities are complete and very clean. The staff (Dongzhi) were friendly and provided excellent service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely return.

This is my second time in Changsha, and I chose this hotel again. Just like last time, everything is clean and hygienic, and the room is quiet. It's close to the subway station and offers real river views, making it great value for money.

Great location, close to everything yet surprisingly quiet. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. I've stayed here multiple times, and the service, especially during the winter solstice, was attentive and warm. Overall, it's a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

The twin room was quite clean, and the desk separated from the sleeping area was a nice touch, very comfortable.

The room was very spacious. We booked a twin room, and I apologize for this, but the three of us moved the beds together. My apologies to the housekeeping staff who had to tidy up afterward. The service was excellent. They readily replenished water bottles and quickly brought up extra toiletries when requested. It was also very convenient that they could provide an extra key card for my friend who came back later at night. The view from the window was decent; you could see a partial river view through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the night scenery was beautiful. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old and not very smart, but that's it. Most importantly, there was a dead praying mantis in the room that looked like it had been there for a while, as its body had already turned yellow.

Perfect for business trips or family vacations in Changsha! The river view and service are absolutely amazing. Every time I visit Changsha, I stay at this hotel, and bringing my daughter this time was another fantastic experience! Its location right by the Xiang River is incredibly convenient, and in the evenings, we could even take a stroll by the river with my daughter. The staff were very friendly and attentive to details; I also loved the breakfast. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Changsha. Highly recommend!

Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Spotless Ambiance: Comfortable Service: Great The environment exceeded my expectations. Being on a higher floor, it was incredibly quiet at night. I was upgraded to a side river view room, and I could see the Xiangjiang River right from my room. It's very close to popular attractions, mostly within walking distance. In the evening, I could just head downstairs and cross the road to enjoy the river breeze, which was very pleasant. It offered a nice sense of relaxation during a busy business trip. Thumbs up!

The room had a wonderfully zen-like atmosphere, perfectly clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities. We had a great view of both the street and the river. The breakfast was unique and delicious. It was quite enjoyable to just relax in the room, admire the view, and sip some tea. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around.

Traveling with kids during the Spring Festival, we stayed in four hotels in total, and this one surprisingly turned out to be the best. Our room was riverside, quite spacious, and had a nice view. It was also surprisingly quiet, with good soundproofing – at least I didn't hear any crying kids. It's easy to hail a taxi downstairs. Chaozong Street and the subway station are just a five-minute walk away, Pozi Street is a ten-minute walk, and Wenheyou is a fifteen-minute walk. The hotel breakfast was just average. If it's included in the room rate, it's fine, but paying 40 yuan per person separately isn't worth it. There are many noodle shops nearby, all of which are very good. Downstairs, there's a free shuttle bus to the Provincial Museum every half hour, which is quite convenient.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. I had a very satisfying experience and will definitely come again. Highly recommended!
