酒店位置好，在長汀古城內，可步行去各個景點，周圍購物，餐廳都很方便，但已比較老舊，規模也不大。早餐不錯，有各種地方小吃。

太吵了，隔音太差了。走廊裏的聲音聽得清清楚楚。後面Ktv的人半夜裡喝多了出來的各種説話時，汽車發動，按喇叭……
衣櫃裏備用的被子臟兮兮的，都是污漬

地理位置很好，早餐和宵夜也很好，唯一的缺點就是服務水平基本停留在上個世紀！！！就問了五樓保潔，有沒有小童拖鞋，保潔非常沖的説：“我們衹有大人拖鞋”，在找保潔要廁所的捲紙🧻，一臉不情願的給！！最後問了我們要幾點退房？我們説不下雨我們9點就走，如果下雨就會遲！那個保潔臉色馬上一臉烏黑的甩臉子走了！
？我衹是住個酒店……為啥要被保潔甩臉……

服務配不上價格，下午兩點鐘到酒店，沒有打掃好的房間，房間一片狼藉，一整層樓就一個服務員在打掃。

酒店位於長汀市中心，步行即可到達汀州古城的各個景點，作為老牌的國營酒店，服務簡直沒得説，甚至還提供了免費的自助夜宵！夜宵品種很豐富，主食小吃甜品都有，還有長汀特色的泡豬腰也是免費供應，房間環境衞生也很好，下次來長汀還會選擇長汀賓館！
