Close to Lotte Mart Lotte Department Store nearby. The downtown area of Sangnam-dong is a walkable distance or a little walk to get on the bus The facilities are definitely clean because it is new, but the hair of the front guests remained in the spot, but it wasn't too much to worry about. The staff were friendly and kind. I think I will book without worrying about staying again next time.

I have always had a soft spot for this place because they have good Filipino bands playing in the basement restaurant. I finally stayed at this place years after visiting it. It was a nice place to stay, with friendly and efficient people. I wanted to stay again but for some reason the price spiked the following week so I had to opt for a cheaper place. It is hit or miss if it is within range of what I am willing to pay for a hotel of that quality. Overall, it is a good place and I hope to stay there again.

Pros: Good water pressure. Good location of hotel. Lots of restaurants around Cons: The wedding hall is on the high floor, so the use of Elbe is not smooth at weekend wedding peak time. Wedding guests burst into Elbe at check-out time... The worst is breakfast. It was 7-9 o'clock operation time and I visited at 8 o'clock, and even if the customers with the tickets stood at the entrance, the staff just looked at and served. When I asked, I came and asked me to stand for 15 minutes because the order was pushed. Waiting? There are many empty seats, can't you sit and wait? I couldn't distinguish it, so I went to the hotel room and waited and came in 15 minutes. There were more than 50 seats in the empty seats, but the staff seemed to be a lack of Capa covering the order. If you can't respond to the number of staff and the number of customers, you can separate the seats that you can order rather than the suggestion to wait in the hotel room and reduce the inconvenience of moving to the remaining waiting seats. It looks more wise. So I waited in the hotel room for 15 minutes, and 2 menu materials were exhausted out of 5 menu. This is a 3-star hotel. Garden view is overlooking a busy freeway. Garden in in a ledge 10 below. You must pay extra for breakfast for two persons. Room service is limited to Japanese fare and ridiculously high. Rooms are nicec with very comfortable king size bed in suites and large sit-in bathtub. Now the downside: far from city center and park. No hot water for two days and nights. Stench from pipes in bathroom area in the mornings. Ceiling rainwater shower clogged up. Bathtub drains very loudly. Only two sets of towels for a couple and no face towels. All console functions for bidet, toilet, and thermostat in Korean only despite being designated a tourist hotel. Did I mention no hot water for two days despite few guests? No offer of partial refund either.

This is a newer hotel that is good for westerners in Changwon. Modern interior, but smaller front desk operation. The rooms have good ac and walk in shower. Smaller storage space. Breakfast can be included with the price. Good breakfast and coffee machine for me. Ask for a small omelette. I have stayed various places in Changwon and this is good, price conscious as well. The downtown area is closer to big stores for trip related items and many small downtown restaurants that are excellent, authentic.

It was more convenient than a 4-5 star hotel. Some places were tired because there was no bathtub, but I was sorry that I couldn't get a semi-body bath, and some places had to rent because there was no charger, but both were provided here. Wi-Fi is also convenient... However, I smelled a lot because I sprayed the febrizzes too much. I slept while continuing to ventilate, it rained at night and I only got cold ... (maybe it took ..) ... sensitive to the smell, so this was a star. I don't know if I will go again. ㅠ Still the price is cheap and good place.

Generally, people who travel to Korea rarely go to Changwon. Changwon belongs to South Gyeongsang Province and is a small place close to Busan. Go there for. . . Can't say love. . . . 😆 This hotel is great. It seems to be a hotel run by a private owner. But it's very formal, and it's okay to rate stars. I give four stars. Not only the price is cheap, but the internal facilities are very good, the decoration is exquisite, the quality of the bed is excellent, and it is super clean. There were some minor problems when checking in, the boss did not receive the order from Ctrip. Finally, after calling Ctrip, the problem was solved. Should Ctrip reimburse me for long-distance calls? The boss is very enthusiastic and can't speak anything except Korean.
