房間打掃太不乾淨，窗台和地下有死蟑螂，電梯口𠕇兩堆狗屎，前台擅自將我們安排旁邊輔樓，輔樓是快捷酒店的裝修，房間黴味特別重，服務態度更是差到極點。

第一天預訂的泗安假日酒店，感覺很不好，第二天換的酒店。酒店的早餐出乎意料，可能是有了對比。房間也比較新，停車也很方便，服務態度從前台，餐廳到樓層服務都非常好。離開酒店的時候，在停車場遇見了一位從奔馳車上下來的大哥，又客氣的介紹了酒店，我猜可能是老闆。總之，性價比很高。謝謝！

服務：服務態度不太好，辦理入住兩個前台推來推去，才兩三個客人辦理入住都要排隊等半天
設施：電子門鎖都能壞，開不了門，事中事後沒有人表示任何歉意，頭一次碰到這樣的酒店
衞生：地毯老舊，枱面有灰，毛巾發硬

酒店設施應該是同類價格中比較好的，滿意。
但是：
網上預訂的（付款），住宿時被要求補繳200元按金，而隔天退房時告知按金會在2小時左右自動退回～～在我強烈要求即時查房即時退還 酒店才操作退還。感覺酒店的這種操作一是沒有與先進管理接軌，二是服務意識有待提高！這樣的服務意識與這麼好的酒店設施，不匹配了！

垃圾到極致，房間的毛巾浴巾都濕的，拿走兩條浴巾兩條毛巾，就給了我兩條浴巾，過了一個小時打電話去前台，前台説馬上送，結果送來了一條毛巾，還跟我説一個房間就一條毛巾，當我是**還是你不懂客房？真的是火冒三丈？第一次聽説客房一個房間衹有一條毛巾，真的是想罵人，被子的污滯跟我説洗不掉沒辦法，房間電話也不通，給我的回答是她也沒辦法，我想知道身為一個酒店連個工程師傅都沒有麼，第一次這麼認真的點評一個酒店，真的是忍無可忍
