攜程也是資深用户了，很少給酒店差評，但這個實話説有點大無語。上家客人戰後的tt還在馬桶邊沒收拾。。。洗完澡才發現，給前台打電話，前台還是很客氣，説給我換一間，但我東西已經攤開了，懶得再收拾了。讓保安大叔上來清理掉，順便給了一張早餐券，希望這樣的情況不要發生，體驗很差，在客運站附近的酒店衞生不理想我是有心理準備的，但這種很難接受。枕套應該也是沒有換的，有頭髮，並且沒有一點乾淨枕套的摺痕，連鎖酒店的品質還不如民宿的感覺

房間硬件比較差，安排的是個尾房，然後房間隔音比較差，而且衞生間設施比較老舊，洗手池有銹斑感覺酒店時間長了，而且衞生間門上的防水條都掉了，床品也衹能説一般，前台小姐姐服務還不錯

管理混亂，垃圾，早餐非常差。要麼就不帶早餐，我可以選擇不住。要帶就別那麼差。員工餐廳而已，根本不是為酒店客人做的。還有個**女員工跟做早飯的廚師自導自演自誇説同價位酒店不帶早餐。
