The facilities are quite complete and can basically meet the needs, but the sanitation needs to be strengthened. There is no heating in the room in winter, and only the bedroom has air conditioning. People will be very cold in the living room. In summer, it should not be a big problem. All in all it was ok.

老闆手裡房源很多，以好的優質房源招攬顧客，臨近入住將本人已定好的優質房源轉給出價更高的顧客。也沒提前聯繫本人，告訴不想住可以給退錢，有趁人之危的嫌疑。最後給補償個20元紅包，不過給分配的房源是典型的老破舊。入住前能夠跟老闆勤溝通和天天聯繫確認的可以繞過。

房間很大很寬敞，有家的感覺，老闆服務態度超級好很熱情，詳細地址和停車位都熱心幫助找，很滿意的一次住宿，下次還會選擇他家。
