Located by the Chaozhou West Lake, the scenery is pleasant. The hotel is designed and decorated with Oriental style, comfortable and tidy. The bathroom supplies are complete and the shower equipment is advanced. The boss, Mr. Huang, and the staff, Mr. Li (Yayue), are hospitable, talkative, and share a lot about Chaozhou people and things. Breakfast is a Chaozhou breakfast, rich and delicious, with local specialties.

The service is satisfactory. The sanitation and cleanliness are very good. There is a lake view and a rooftop suitable for family entertainment. The boss and waiters are very nice. It is close to tourist spots. I only look forward to coming back next time.

The B&Bs I looked at on Ctrip mainly had lake views and small rooms. For a B&B at this price, the facilities should be relatively good. However, I felt depressed from the moment I entered. The waiter at the front desk was indifferent and would not answer questions. They didn't even help me move my luggage. The bathroom faucet in the room was also rusty. There were a lot of water stains on the table. It looked very shabby and old. The most outrageous thing was that I brought a disposable toilet seat, which was thicker and larger. I couldn't put it on at all, so I tore it off after putting it on hard. I saw that the hotel was equipped with a disposable toilet seat, but it still couldn't be put on. I called the boss, but he said he couldn't and asked the cleaning lady to put it on, but the result was still there. I didn't put it on, so I put on two broken ones. I tried to use it for a while, but it broke after less than two times. I really can't complain. I feel so bad. The design of the toilet is so anti-human. I burped so painfully that I made it. People can't use the restroom with peace of mind. Only the owner's attitude is okay. I barely stayed for 2 days. As a B&B at this price, it only has a lake view. I really don't recommend anything else. It's not worth the price at all. Later, I changed to Atour. The room was very warm and the facilities were clean. It was much better than this one. There is also a free piece of fruit.

The boss is very friendly. He gave you tangerine water as a gift, which is more suitable than the 25 yuan bottle in the ancient city. I would like to stay in a hotel again next time I go there. The boss upgraded the room for free. You can see the West Lake when you open the window. It's quiet.
