Vienna 3 Best Hotel (Chaozhou Old Town)

The room is nice. I have stayed here several times before. After this stay, I went home full of anger. Yesterday, I went to the mountain to sweep the graves on Qingming Festival. I had a lot of smelly clothes. It was a bit much to wash them in the room by myself. I remembered that the hotel has a self-service washing machine. I went to the first floor. There was only one machine in the whole store. Someone was washing in the machine, and there was another bag waiting. Since I was going to leave the hotel at 8 o'clock the next day, I told the front desk to tell me after washing. The front desk said okay, wrote me a bill, and told the night shift colleagues to help me wash and dry. It would be no problem to pick it up the next morning. I went to the service desk at 8 o'clock this morning to ask, but they didn't tell me that my bag of wet clothes was still in the laundry room. They didn't wash it for me, and there was no explanation. The washing machine couldn't drain the water, and there was only one mode for foam washing. I went out with a bag of wet clothes. There is only one washing machine and one dryer in the whole hotel.

It is very clear when the people in the next room come back, what they are doing and what they are saying. The height of the room is too high, and the feet are completely outside the bed. The experience is extremely poor... It completely kills the whole life. I have always had a good impression of Vienna and will never stay in Vienna again! ! Totally a minefield...
