nice hotel near all tourist spots, but the car can not reach hotel door, so need a bit of a walk with luggages.

人生一次，一定要住一次中安樓，百年多的歷史，這種樓過去並非普通人可以住的。現在有這個機會，肯定要試一次。這個酒店的房水好，可能是住過所有酒店水最好的一家，碼頭是智能的，裡外都很乾凈。環境雅緻，清麗。送單叢泡茶。樓下出去過城門，便是潮州聞名遐邇的廣濟橋。回來的城門能是林立多彩的商户，大大小小各行各業都很有養眼。而中安樓本身自己就要餐廳。本地菜，那是絕對的值得一品。再去潮州還是喜歡中安樓。

房間是新中式風格，木質傢俱，很有檔次簡潔大方。衞生間也是現代風格。主要地理位置特別好，出門100米不到是廣濟樓廣濟橋，50就是牌坊街和西馬路，太太太方便了！接待熱情，下次還要來住這裏也會推薦朋友來。

除了廁所的壞了沒法關緊，其他挺好，還能遠觀廣濟樓，離廣濟樓走路也很近，出行方便。

客棧位置非常便利，走幾分鐘就到接近牌坊街，基本一下樓就是各種特色餐廳和商店。不過滴滴打車是到不了古城區裡面的，要往外走一小段路到竹門，如果遇上大雨，就沒那麼方便了。

介意的：1、我最介意的，雖然不是明顯的臟，但住的時候各個細節就會發現沒有好好的打掃的…2、週五週六連住兩晚，一晚六百多…但是卻沒有性價比可言，窗外半米不到是別人家的窗外…房間小…隔音不好；因為第二天沒有及時添加物品，第三天早上廁紙都沒有可以用的
優秀的：1、地理位置很好；2、智能馬桶加分；3、早餐有A、B兩個餐選擇，分量多；4、這建築有歷史buff；

入住兩天，首先第一晚入住的時候工作人員很好，還幫我們升級了一個套間，房間比較乾淨，設施也不錯。然後潮州週末兩天氣温驟降，第一晚就有點冷，我們開了一會暖氣，這時暖氣是正常的。然後第二天更冷了，還下雨，晚上回酒店冷的不行就開了暖氣，結果開不了了，一點反應沒有，以為壞了於是打電話問前台，注意⚠️前台的回答是：他們的中央空調衹要有客人開了冷氣，其他房間就沒法開暖氣，應該是有其他客人開了冷氣……行吧，即使中央空調是這麼個原理，我也納悶這麼冷的天氣，哪個客人會在房間開冷氣呢？結果第二天我有事去前台的時候，⚠️發現前台的空調冷氣大開，而且一個人都沒有，衹留了個牌子大意是如果沒有人請打聯繫電話。所以結合前台説衹要有人開了冷氣房間就沒法開暖氣的説辭，這麼冷的天為何在前台大開冷氣？是為了讓客人沒法開暖氣麼？這是住酒店這麼久第一次遇到這麼奇葩的事情，希望我是小人之心了，但是應該也不會住第二次了。600塊錢一晚結果冷得要死，以後還是住酒店不住民宿了。

和男朋友一起第一次到潮州 ，選擇了這家客棧，因為古香古色的古城，當然要選擇民國風格的客棧體驗一下咯，現在年輕人都是情侶自駕遊，當然開車方便，當然希望有停車方便的酒店，於是預訂前有詢問了酒店是否有停車位，他們説是自己餐廳門口的停車位，免費停車。那真的是太棒了！很方便，就是需要提前聯繫酒店哦！酒店前台會告訴你怎麼樣走最近最方便，因為裏面都是單行道，很容易走錯的！客棧前台服務也很周到，從聯繫到加上wx，然後會發路線圖，入住後還會發一大把攻略，真的是懶人福音！哈哈哈哈哈最後祝客棧生意興隆哦！謝謝你們！最後想説的是，潮州太多好吃的啦！！！！
