Harbourview Inn

This stay is in the heart of Charleston. I Its beautiful and clean. Staff was hospitality at its best. Probably the best hotel shower ever. You have a waterfall shower head on one side with a removable shower head on the otherside for a body shower or just that handheld to get hard to reach places. The rooms come with robes and a choose your own breakfast. They had a wine and cheese hour along with a late night snack of milk and cookies to end the night. Check out is 12:00pm noon. You have plenty of time to wake up and get yourself ready for the day without feeling rushed. We stayed the night before we caught our cruise ship. It was fantastic. If theres anything I can complain about is the parking. I'm on crutches so parking was important and i chose this location because parking was listed. Theres only a few street parking spots and the parking garage where we parked wasnt conveniently close. On crutches it was difficult. They have a few valet spots for 40.00 but they are also limited. The parking garage is 2.00 an hour so I'm hoping it maxes out at an amount. Theres a door man so people cant just come inside. We felt very safe and comfortable. You wont be disappointed

Christmas is the perfect time to visit Charleston, especially with a stay at the HarbourView Inn! On Christmas Eve, we enjoyed complimentary appetizers, wine and a specialty cocktail in the lobby while listening to Dickens Carolers singing. Santa and Mrs. Clause stopped by to join us for milk and cookies. Our boys loved it! The hotel rooms are large with good storage space. Fantastic restaurants are located nearby (Magnolia was amazing!). It was a short walk to a number of tourist sites. Thank you HarbourView Inn for a very festive and memorable Christmas in Charleston!

Everything on this Hotel/Inn is excellent.Douglas from the front desk is really really nice.It’s very very clean and they even bring breakfast to your room for free.It’s one of the best hotel that we stayed

The staff was friendly. The hotel had several accommodations and amenities that we loved. In walking distance from all the major sites in the Historic District.

We found the location to be perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as pictured on the website. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The continental breakfast delivered to our room each morning was very good, the muffins warm, the yogurt parfait delicious. We especially enjoyed the warm cookies and milk before bed. The only minor things I noticed were that the bathroom door didn’t close all the way, the door itself needed a good cleaning from fingerprints and that the tile in the shower, while seemingly new, had missing grout by the tub. I also cleaned the shower head myself as it had pink mildew on it and I didn’t want to shower until that was cleaned. Overall it was very nice hotel with onsite valet parking, and I would likely stay here again.

This was probably the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. The staff was amazing! The property was first class and extremely clean. The friendliness of EVERYONE there was the difference maker for us. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

My daughter and I stayed at the HarboyrView for her 16th birthday celebration. The inn is beautiful and centrally located to shopping, dinning and tourist activities with many options for free transportation to get around including bicycles! The staff was the epitome of southern hospitality and made us feel welcome and special from the moment we walked in the door asking my daughter if she was the birthday girl and going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed at all times. Although there isn’t a restaurant at the inn, the compensation was 5stars including a wide selection of breakfast items that will be delivered to you at the time and location of your choosing. The wine and cheese hour and milk and cookies at bedtime were absolutely perfect too.

The staff at the Harbourview inn was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent close to dining. Overall a hidden gem. We loved our stay !!

We had a pleasant stay! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I really loved the complimentary wine and cheese each evening. The room was clean and the towels soft and abundant. Would stay here again!
