Absolutely charming! The staff in all areas were very kind and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was excellent right by the market, restaurants and shops.

Having just spent three nights in a different hotel, where our room was next to the lobby AND the elevators, we were SO excited to have a room far away from everyone else. Then, it turned out to be a suite. It was luxurious, quiet, clean, quiet, well-appointed, and quiet! We are SO glad we stayed there, and highly recommend it to anyone going to the Charleston area. It is beautiful! The staff was great! The parking valet went above and beyond to take care of our vehicle. It is a great place!

Asked for some favors by staff for my anniversary to surprise my wife and they dropped the ball. Very disappointed with service due to the expense of our stay. Will be looking elsewhere for next year.

Room large. Courtyard beautiful. 3-4pm free wine. Free welcome drink. Staff let us check in at 1pm. Room clean. Really liked it.

Love the ambiance at Emeline. The courtyard is great, being in the center of historic Charleston, the food was very good, the bed was very comfortable and low, and the shower was devine. Its also great that you are so pet friendly. The valet parking for overnight guests should be included in the price of the room.

The best thing about this property is the location. The design is unique and has a nice vibe. Love the courtyard. The Nespresso coffee machines on our floor was a really nice amenity.
I gave three stars for service because on our first day the bartender was too busy filling bottles and containers behind the bar. Gave us menus when we sat down but it was at least 30 minutes if not longer before we could get him to take our order. Wasted time trying to just order a drink and a snack. We’ve stayed here before and been here other times for drinks and have never had such slow inattentive service. We will probably never go back to the bar.
Checkout was smooth and the front desk associate was pleasant and friendly, so helpful! I had to remind them when checking out of my ******* VIP perks because the person checking us in didn’t note it on my bill.

Very nice hotel, interior design well done. Excellent restaurant onsite. Convenient valet parking. Close to restaurants, Market Street and Meeting Street.
