Comfort Inn

I had a good impression of this hotel two years ago. The breakfast was plentiful, and the friendly front desk and restaurant staff were extremely kind. It was a place I missed so much that I even considered buying a house and settling down here. This time, on my return visit, the front desk staff were still friendly, but the kitchen staff had changed, and the warm greetings at breakfast were gone. I booked five days' stay, and the cleaning lady was supposed to open the room door herself. I was startled twice while I was sound asleep, and on the third day, there was a sudden knock on the door, asking me to leave without warning. Even though I miss this island, I would never want to stay at this hotel again.

This is a very good hotel. I've stayed here twice before, each time for two weeks. This was my third time, a total of twelve days, booked in three separate orders. The third order was for three days. The hotel agreed to cancel, but Tirp.com won't give a refund. I want to keep the money, but they keep shirking responsibility, saying they need to communicate with some department, and it's still not resolved. So everyone, be aware that this platform is a scam. I've spent over two million RMB on this platform in four years, and they treat a long-time customer like this.

The room is small, I booked a twin room. I arrived at the hotel at 9pm, but was only given a king-size bed. There was a sofa bed, which was not comfortable to sleep on. The hotel also used the excuse of upgrading me to a better room, but in fact there were no extra rooms. The front desk clerk had a bad attitude
