Amazing stay! Nothing beats the beach front. The staff were amazing too. All the things that you need is there. Amazingly the room is huge! Highly recommended.

Okinawa Sunset Beach Hotel Location - 9/10: The hotel is located right next to American Village, just a 2-minute walk away. Service standard - 5/10: The service level of the front office staff indeed needs improvement. There was a night when the parking spaces were full, but the staff did not assist me, even though he was just standing at the corner smoking and talking with his colleague. Additionally, there was no housekeeping or room makeup service during our 2-night stay, which was very disappointing. We did not expect there to be no room makeup service; they could have informed us in advance if it was not provided. However, the breakfast was great, and the two older ladies in the restaurant provided us with excellent smiles and service. The scores are for those ladies. Room - 7/10: The rooms are spacious, and the sea view looks exactly the same as the pictures on the website. However, the design does not look like it is from 2018 and seems a bit old. It is the first building in front of the Sunset Beach, you can enjoy the sunset set in your room, as the rooms are equipped with sitting chairs beside the sliding doors of the balcony. The staffs are very polite and helpful, their English is so good which helps a lot. Will definetly recommended to others. However, it would be perfect if a lamp was provided on top of the desk beside the TV, as that corner of the room is farely dark.
