No complaints. Everything is clean. Convenient gas, restaurant, nice area. Staff is super nice. Beds are comfy.

The pool was pretty dirty.
Breakfast was mediocre.
Service by staff was great. Helpful and polite. Room layout was weird. Bed was comfortable. Location was iffy

David was took really good care of us while checking in. Bed was comfortable. The 1st night was super noisy due to a whole bunch of teenagers running around and slamming doors in the hallway but ive always stayed in this hotel and i totally will always give a 5! Staff is always super nice! I appreciate the courtesy.

It was like having a studio apartment. Very helpful staff. The lighting in the room could be a little brighter, especially by the couch. That's all.

Arrived at hotel to be told the key card system was not working so we would have to be let in and out of our room and building. After getting to room my two kids wanted to swim and we were told because keys didn’t work that we couldn’t swim… we checked in at 3 and weren’t given access to pool until 7pm, and still had no keys to our room. Once given keys hours later I went outside at 3am go smoke and got into building with key but not my room. I am very dissatisfied with my stay and would honestly like to be refunded as I paid to stay here, couldn’t use the facilities for over 4 hours after checkin or get keys. And not happy at all

This is the third time I stay here. It's clean, pool is clean, the breakfast is great, and the staff is wonderful!
We had a small issue with the shower head but it was taken care of.
Will definitely stay here again when in Jamestown

The staff was great. However, our room had a view of a concrete wall and a very outdated shower (the rest of the bathroom was nice). The breakfast on Sunday morning was scrambled eggs and hard cold biscuits, with sausage gravy. I felt we overpaid for the room.

Enjoyed our stay loved that it was located across from Lucille balls grave so if your a fan very convient.
