房間設施相對較新，環境也不錯，不足的是找服務員多要兩瓶礦泉水，服務員居然告訴我成本控制一個房間就兩瓶水，因為住店是半夜，臨近春節，外出買水也不方便，當時真的很生氣，這麼多年第一次住酒店被告知多要兩瓶因成本而不給的服務員，兩瓶水能值幾個錢，後來吃早餐去前台投訴才通知服務員多送兩瓶水，真的非常不人性化，作為城步的招牌星級酒店真的很跌價

儒林大酒店不愧是城步第一酒店，前台服務熱情大方，設定設備比較新，房間乾淨整潔，酒店很大，停車位也足夠，而且住宿免費停車非常棒，強烈推薦！！

房間還是要通風進去一股好久沒住人的黴味，環境挺好的停車也方便，還是有點吵更搞笑的凌晨一點多有人敲門。前台服務還是非常不錯的😄

房間面積大，燈光明亮，布草乾淨整潔，衹是房間裝修過久，略顯陳舊，隔音差。早餐比較豐富。
相比之下，衞生間完全達不到星級標準，面盆水龍頭鬆動，噴淋頭漏水，下水道反味嚴重，導致衞生間異味刺鼻。
