The whole hotel is really old, the bathroom doesn't feel clean, there are inexplicable hairs on the sink, and the bathroom door can't be completely closed, which is equivalent to using the bathtub. The outside is unobstructed, which is speechless. I read other reviews that mentioned the hotel's flamingo afternoon tea, which comes with flamingo toys. I wanted to try to make the children happy, but there was no afternoon tea. In addition, the hotel is really economical. The lobby is so hot that the air conditioner is not turned on, so if you really have afternoon tea, it will probably feel like eating in a steamer. I took the children to swim at night, and I must spray mosquito repellent, otherwise they will be bitten to death. I also played in the amusement park, which is very childish equipment, and it is only suitable for children aged one or two. Basically, the facilities are useless. Content: This hotel is very big, with a swimming pool and a water park. The children had a lot of fun there. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The room is quite spacious. Jidong at the front desk provided good service, the check-in procedure was fast, and the porter could also help with the luggage. The only regret was that I didn’t get to have breakfast. There were some minor incidents during the booking process. Ctrip and the hotel were very active, enthusiastic and patient in helping to solve them. They lived up to expectations and let the children get together as they wished. Every child was very happy and didn't want to leave the hotel to play somewhere else. They also agreed to come here again next time.

This hotel could be a perfect getaway for couples if they were more focused on the spa part. The hot springs next to each building are really nice and hot. The lighting however could be more inviting instead of cold white. Also the wooden walkways could use a prep up. The Spa itself looks really inviting, but during our stay, there was only one masseur available. So no partner massage possible, even though it was 2 bed massage rooms. Also the massage was quite pricey with just about 700¥ per hour. The breakfast was OK. Nothing to really look forward to as European, but edible and coffee was available. Additionally, there is a fresh fruit plate for the room each day. The staff (not speaking any english) tried it's best. Lastly, the hotel is quite remote. There is really nothing much to do in the near surrounding. So have a car ready or settle for a taxi ride for 30 minutes to Haikou city...
