The location of the hotel is relatively remote because it is a golf club. I didn't pay attention when booking. The room is large and fairly clean. However, the cleaning was sloppy and there was a large area of ​​water stains in the toilet. I booked it on Ctrip, which means there is a free room upgrade. The front desk asked clearly, but answered me casually: I will upgrade you to a deluxe double room. Then I said that I booked a deluxe double room. Then the manager looked at me and said, then I will upgrade you to a double double room. Bed room, this room is equipped with aromatherapy machine. But later I found out that I was not upgraded to a room at all. Even the so-called aromatherapy machine was already there. The room was the same as what I originally booked. Is it really okay for the manager to fool the guests in front of them? You can say that we didn’t provide an upgrade, which doesn’t matter to me. I only asked if Ctrip had written it. Even if I have the opportunity to come to Haikou again, I will never stay in this hotel again. It’s too bullying. I really realized it in hindsight😡🤬

There were some minor incidents during the booking process. Ctrip and the hotel were very active, enthusiastic and patient in helping to solve them. They lived up to expectations and let the children get together as they wished. Every child was very happy and didn't want to leave the hotel to play somewhere else. They also agreed to come here again next time.

The room is spacious. Three people can live in one room and stack a lot of items without feeling cramped. There is a wide balcony and clothes drying rack, which is very friendly to mothers who like to wash clothes when going out. The sound insulation effect is poor. There are many people staying on holidays, and the sound of closing doors and talking outside the door can be heard. At night, the frogs outside the balcony are croaking one after another, which is also good as white noise. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and they have a strong sense of proactive service. The staff responsible for check-in learned that I wanted to take a hot spring bath, and they were very enthusiastic to guide and handle it, and also gave me fruits. Free lemonade is placed in the hall, and some staff also take the initiative to hand over water. I don’t know how to adjust the air conditioning temperature, and someone will come to the door soon after calling the service phone. There are many projects for children to play, including children’s playground (at their own expense), swimming pool (with bubbles), and children’s movies are shown at night. My son had a lot of fun. Overall, it is a cost-effective hotel suitable for staying with the elderly and children.

The hot water in the room is difficult to control. We arrived at night. There were no lights on both sides of the road. It was very dark all the way. The air conditioning was not strong and not cold. The gym required additional communication with the front desk. The fitness facilities were good.
