A good hotel for a stopover in Chennai! I especially want to highlight the wonderful staff. They help travelers settle in and are always friendly.

It was a mistake to book this hotel , they have a very boor breakfast selection I asked them to make me some omelet since I’m not vegetarian and they said we can’t do it which is a very simple request so I didn’t eat breakfast and will never stay here again in future

The stay was truly amazing honestly much better than I expected. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The complimentary buffet was also quite good, with a nice selection of food. The staff and security were very welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Excellent hotel in Nungambakkam, complimentary buffet breakfast, beautiful rooms, friendly staff, Nungambakkam is a great neighborhood, with a vast array of restaurants of many different budgets, train station at Nungambakkam is about 15 minute walk, bus stop at corner is about 5 minute walk, easy to find taxi or auto rickshaw service, metro is not so close by foot, but an auto rickshaw to the Kilpauk metro station is only 10 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Good value for money.

A lot of improvement needs to be added to this hotel. It's ok. But really slow on some parts

The hotel wasn't bad, the room was spacious, but it lacked hotel slippers. Still, I'd stay there again.

The hotel's superb location and exquisite décor were complemented by exceptional service, with staff consistently providing a warm welcome. Recent renovations have elevated the rooms to near five-star standards. The adjacent Hard Rock Cafe offered convenient evening entertainment, and shopping areas were readily accessible within a 20-minute timeframe. Furthermore, the hotel's dining options were of high quality. Will definitely stay here again when visiting chennai!

Had the most amazing stay at this hotel. Indian breakfast hits different always. Wonderful hospitality from all service staffs. Definitely worth staying here.

Great place to stay, safe and amazing customer service

It was the best hotel i have stayed in India so far (and i have stayed in few) room is amazing, big, clean, service quick and diligent, breakfast with western and indian options, tv with youtube option and the food from room service very good.
