The guy at the reception didn’t care to offer a seat.
The chair has a tattered hand rest.
The hand shower in the bath is rusty.
The bathroom is stinking and floor is dirty

This property is a habit of not giving hand towels unless it’s asked. Always there is an excuse telling laundry late. Safe deposit locker not available in the room. It’s look like there is shortage of locker and shifting from one to another. In our case we asked for the locker in the evening and not delivered until till we complained to the ***ager in the next day.

Service was excellent
Facilities was good.
Food was superb especially the breakfast
Unfortunately, the booking i made through Trip ,com was not relayed to the hotel. When i checked in to the hotel, there was no reservation of my record there. I had to contact a friend of mine who knew the ***ager there to resolve the issue. As a result, i have to wait 1.5 hours at the lobby. It is quite a bad experience. In future, i will contact the hotel directly rather than going through a third party.

we choose savera hotel the main reason was the service, the room was very clean and hygiene,, housekeeping staff are very cooperative, and well grooming, the malgudi restaurant food was excellent especially nellore chapala pulusu ,,,,,

The best part of this hotel is its location especially when you’re going for US visa. The hotel staff is also well versed with the consulate timings, what time to get there and things like that. The hotel has a very efficient travel desk ***aged by Pradeep who arranges transport for airport pickup/ drop off to US consulate at a very short notice. Breakfast buffet is extensive and very good. Hotel staff are very cordial and helpful.

Staffs are very nice. Service very good _***ikdas and ponraj Good house keeping persons very helpful and friendly.piano break fast has lot of food varieties. Place swimming pool and view of the hotel looking nice. Maalgudi food experience is best. best hotel in chennai.

Room no :516 Cleaning was done by ***ik Das and Ron Raj which is excellent and fabulous , I appreciate the work and work toward their commi**ent and coming to washroom they kept all the necessary things for me which ever I asked and also floor was done which is good
