Rooms were nice and clean. 4.5 stars Scope for improvement: The remaining premises, especially the indoor play area, can be maintained better."

"I had booked a singlebed apartment on the highest floor (6-8 as per the booking). However, I was instead allocated a two-room family apartment on the 4th floor. When I raised this concern, I was told that everything was already booked, which is not an acceptable explanation for a confirmed reservation. The front office also informed me that my requested apartment would be allocated on the second day. However, no one followed up with me, and I did not receive any call or response regarding this matter. In addition, the cleanliness of the apartment was very disappointing. I felt uncomfortable sitting on the sofa, as the area under and around it had not been cleaned. The tables were also not wiped properly. This level of hygiene does not meet basic accommodation standards. I am very dissatisfied with both the apartment allocation and the lack of communication, as well as the cleanliness of the room. I expect this issue to be addressed seriously."

"The hotel offers free airport shuttle service. Upon entering the lobby, they have a unique welcome ritual where they present you with a red, bell-adorned garland. The hotel has a manor-like style, but the interior is quite spacious, with fifty rooms on one floor. They provide welcome fruits, and breakfast is very generous, surprisingly including seafood (though just shrimp), and stewed pork bones, which was all quite good."

"Location was the only consideration, as it’s closest to the supplier I am visiting. Not much international fast food restaurants nearby, KFC is the closest about 5min walking distance. Domino and Starbucks is about 2km from hotel. On the. Ight of Dec 27, there was people hammering the wall starting from 7-8pm, called reception about this at 9pm, which I was told they will investigate. Fell to sleep but was waken by the hammering sound at 11:30pm. Reception lady came to my room and asked me if I would like to change room instead of finding and stopping the hammmering… When reception lady left, I open the curtain and saw someone working on lower deck. Then reception called me they will ask workers stop working…"
