1. Proximity to the airport 10/10 2. The beauty and cleanliness of the premise 10/10 3. Staff very nice and ready to help 10/10 3. Super clean room with full set of toiletries 10/10 4. Low rise building, more sprawled out over an area rather than high 10/10 The mention of our stay at Radisson Blu GRT Chennai Airport would not be complete without saying the experience of being in Chennai during a full fledged cyclone! Yes! When we arrived in Chennai, little did we know that a storm had already brewed and was going to bring the city of Chennai to a standstill. However, we felt secure in this hotel. It was safe, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were all good despite the fact that ***y of their homes may have been affected. They all worked with a core number of people, while their colleagues could not report for work. It was sad to see some of them overworked, yet being able to put up a smile as always. ***y of their restaurants were also closed due to limited supply. However, their main restaurant was still open and they did ***age to cater to all the guests. We rotated our schedule between the buffet, the gym and the spa, for about two days while waiting for the weather to settle. The Bodhi Spa is one of a kind! It was functioning, but for shorter hours during this difficult period. The gym is a great, I must say. Very well equipped. Well done Radisson! I’ll be back!

Room stay is very comfortable, room is big and clean. I've also went for brow threading and foot massage at the Bodhi spa, Nandhini has been professional and the foot massage is good! Looking forward to future stays and services in this hotel.

It's been a great time spend at your hotel. Outstanding service by Radisson team. Staffs are very friendly. Very convenient location , it just 10 minutes drive to airport. This time it was a short stay . However, next time will try to stay long to avail more service by Radisson team. Thank you all....:)

Got the warmest welcome from Abhishek and the check in process was really smooth Where Ashwin was really kind and polite. The room was really amazing with all the amenities, breakfast was the best part of our stay all the staff members are really sweet and helpful. While Roshan made sure we have the best time during our stay. Sushree really kindly showed us around the property and the sweetest of all.

The team - Sushree, Josith, Abhishek and Roshan helped me get a room last minute for a business stopover. The property did not disappoint either. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. I’ll definitely be making this a regular stay for business and personal trips.

Great people are the cornerstone of any success, and Radisson Grt thrives because of its exceptional team. Under the exemplary leadership of Mr. Subhasish, everyone on the team ensures guests' comfort throughout their stay. While I can't single out individuals because each team member is fantastic, the housekeeping team deserves a special mention. They surprised me by customizing the pillow covers with my name. The food here is outstanding. Kudos to the duty ***agers, transportation team, and chauffeurs who handle airport transfers. An excellent team, a superb hotel, and incredible food make for an unforgettable experience.

Amazing staff. Great service. Amazing ambience The staff provided exceptional service, which was on time . The hotel is an experience that one must sure visit.
