My family and I went here for a couple days to explore the area. The hotel was in a great location to get everywhere we wanted to go. We had a great time. There was plenty of food options around too. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

I can only say something about the whole two hours we were there. LOL. We had a family emergency and had to leave at 9:30pm. We didnt even get to sleep there. I will say that our bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was super nice. The room clean and smelled clean...big plus for us. It seemed super quiet which is also nice. We did notice that the rooms werent assigned back to back which was great also. We will book with them again in the future.

Received a call about 4 hours before check in time asking what time we would be arriving. Gave an estimated of the check in time. Was told if we arrived after 4:00 pm, we would have to call the "on call" person to check in! Really?!!! Arrived at check in time of 3:00. Door was locked. Someone finally came to the door for us to check in.
We were told if we needed anything after 4:00 we would have to call the on call person. The lobby is only open 8:00 am - 4:00pm. No worries!
We were not told "no daily housekeeping" at any time. We found a card in the room.
2 people staying in the room for 2 nights.
We had 2 queen beds (both as hard as a board), 3 wash cloths, 3 towels and hand towels. We did not call anyone. We did not complain. We will not stay at that hotel ever again. Spend a few more $$ and stay some place that has someone on duty!!
It appeared to be clean, but dusty. Enough said.

The property is older but it was very clean. It would be nice to be a little updated. There were no snacks, etc.for sale in the office.

Nice property. Little older but kept up well. Parent’s room heater went out for a little while. Great water pressure. Wonderful staff.

Great value and always clean. The beds aren't very comfortable and the blankets are thin. The area is safe and quiet.

Place was a great visit. 20 minutes to the national park. 10 minutes from a waterfall! Say less!

Good location for access to national park. Price was OK. Furnishings were generally in good repair, but some updating is needed. Internet was fairly slow. Towels were small. Staff was efficient but barely cordial.
