Super 8 by Wyndham Richburg/Chester Area

Pros=Spacious room, included couch, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker. Adequate no frills breakfast included. Friendly staff. Cons=toilet seat hinge broken, several light bulbs burned out, non smoking room had cigarette odor, although sheets and towels did not.

Issue with billing but they investigated and corrected, very pleasant to work with.

Old hotel not a lot of room perks in working order. Sheets were dirty. Left and got another hotel without retund

Room did not match advertised picture. Mismatched furniture, sink drain stops missing, wall repairs unfinished, burn marks on blanket from ironing. Dimly lit parking lot.

Arrived a bit late. Clerk was fabulous for checking. Super friendly and accommodating and interested in our journey

It is very clear that they are renovating the place. We got a no smoking room but it smelled of smoke. The electrical panels were questionable, the bathroom area very unfinished. The check in and out process was easy but would only recommend this place as somewhere for a one night stay as i did.

It was really good. They treated me with kindness and told you exactly where to go and how to get to your room. The beds were made and things was perfect. Just bring toilet tissue because sometimes, they will forget but it’s a small thing that you can bring on the trip there. I’m very pleased

Arrived late in the evening to a reserved, NON-smoking room. Walked in and it reeked of cigarette smoke. Although the room was pretty clean, the bed cover had cigarette burn holes in it. Immediately went to the desk and asked to be moved. The clerk was very accommodating and moved us to another room. That room was clean and no cigarette smell. Nothing fancy, but after being moved, it was a decent room for the price.

Super 8 is a budget motel and like most budget motels, the rooms are dated, bathrooms are not up kept and the decor is tired. The staff was amazing though! I had to switch rooms because the first room's tub had a crack and filled the bedroom carpet with water. The staff was wonderful about getting me a new room, right next door but the first room should never have been rented in that condition.
