Stayed here for a couple of weeks for work, excellent stay that had everything you need. 2 minute walk from the main high street so excellent for shopping/Food Accommodation was very spacious and had every amenity you would need Hosts was always a text message away to answer any question you may have Towels/sheets and bins were constantly changed through out the stay Would highly recommend if you planing on visiting Chester or the surrounding areas

Was an amazing stay at such a lovely apartment spread over 3 floors. Very spacious and is situated in a prime location. Paul and Sally are honestly the loveliest hosts I’ve ever met and will 100% be returning back as Chester is a fabulous town to come stay. You will not be disappointed! Chester Zoo is 10 mins driving time, Chester Cathedral and the Chester Wall are in walking distance.

Absolutely amazing! If I could rate my review higher, I would :-) I booked Chester Apartment for a very special weekend and wow, from confirming the booking till we left Paul was great! The apartment itself was very modern and very accommodating to suit everyone’s needs. Very local to the centre of Chester too! I could not recommend this apartment more, it was superb! Highlights - owner wonderful; close proximity to Chester; bath and shower; espresso maker (outstanding); smart TV; owner arranged for Sky TV to watch Open Championship. Issues - lack of plugs in convenient places (dining table); dining table in very awkward spot (suggest taking out couch in front of fake fireplace and putting table there; parking situation (though the owner provided us scratch-offs that allowed us to park at the property); Roku TV lost connection several times; not well set up for two couples (not an issue for us) due to double bed in basement with emergency egress via window and ladder.

We're pleased that you identified many positive aspects from your recent stay with us and in particular the close proximity to the city centre. We note your comments regarding the position of the dining table and tv etc. We have a wide range of booking types staying with us and the furniture is positioned such as to provide a best all round solution. We do therefore find that the normal positioning works for the overwhelming majority of stays. If guests request though, we are more than willing to make adjustments to the furniture positions, where reasonably possible to do so, to suit their particular needs and have done this on occasions in the past. The parking provision that we make gives guests the reassurance of having a safe, secure, gated compound for their vehicle for the full duration of their stay with us. We hope that you continued to have a fabulous time here in the UK and enjoyed the remainder of your say in Europe. Best wishes and safe travels.....

We loved this modern accommodation! Great place to stay with friends or family. One thing to mention is that there is CCTV over the 2 hot tubs which is a little disturbing. Overall, lovely modern accommodation.

In terms of the security cameras, we operate professionally as per any other hotel establishment, and they are provided at the behest of our training providers on H&S grounds. We always explain to our guests in advance, of their presence (they are situated above the entrance doors as you enter the amenity areas), and the reason for them being there. We feel most guests will understand and appreciate that we have duties as accommodation providers to ensure that guests use the facilities both responsibly and safely.

Pictures don't do this Justice. Definitely the biggest place i have stayed in in Chester! Gorgeous apartment throughout! Lovely little garden/terrace with extra large hot tub, seating area and gorgeous flower wall. It's that cosy outside you feel like your indoors!

Absolutely fabulous! So glad we chose this apartment for a few days away. Ideally situated close to the city centre the apartment had every conceivable thing in it! Felt like home the moment we entered the building and did not disappoint in any respect. Highly recommended!!!

A lovely apartment within easy walking distance of both the station and the city centre, there are three very good size bedrooms, beds were a little firm for my taste but I slept well, one of the bedrooms has an en-suite and there is also a modern main bathroom with a fantastic shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a really great coffee machine . A good dining and seating area and a hot tub make it a five star accommodation. The best thing about the apartment is the host Paul who couldn’t have done more to help us during our stay , from the chocolates and Champagne on arrival to the delivery of an air-con unit when the heatwave hit, nothing was too much trouble,

Very well appointed accommodation with all of the facilities you need. We had great communication from the owners who were both helpful and informative regarding the area. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

The apartment was just perfect. Had everything you needed and the beds were super comfortable. The hosts very really helpful and accommodating, The hot tub is great. The apartment is very close to the centre. Very relaxing weekend away.

A lovely location in Central Chester - very quiet, but conveniently close to the center and all the attractions. Fantastic facilities. A lovely base to enjoy university graduation and all the associated celebrations.

I regularly travel to Chester for work and choose to stay here so I can be comfortable. All the positive reviews were really encouraging. Unfortunately I've had to check out early because the shower doesn't work, the toilet seat is broken, the apt is a studio and not a 1 br, and worst of all the company has been completely ignoring calls, voice mails and emails for the past few days days. It's gotten so bad that I've actually filed a police report and will likely end up having to seek legal action. Needless to say, I'm NOT happy.

Fab few days away. Owners couldn’t be more . Lovely hot tub . Comfy beds Walking for distance to restaurants. Easy to find with secure free parking just a few hundred yards away. Highly recommended and would use again.

Brilliant stay in Chester with the family. Apartment was immaculately clean with loads of room. Well decorated throughout and the hot tub area was excellent and well maintained. We will definitely be back for a third visit.

Fantastic apartment in a great location for visiting Chester. Parking is located a bit away from the property and can be a bit difficult to find but only a minor thing. Everything else was really good including the communications from the owner. Highly recommend.
