The decor is a bit old-fashioned, but the room was very clean, and the air conditioning cooled down quickly. You could even see the sunset over Doi Suthep from the window. An incredibly optimistic and enthusiastic uncle at the hotel entrance helped with our luggage and even spoke a few words of Chinese. The breakfast had a good variety and a beautiful setting, plus there's a pool. It's a hotel with great value for money. It's about a 10-minute walk to Maya Mall, and there's also a popular toast shop right next to the hotel that always has a long queue first thing in the morning.

Overall, the hotel experience was great, offering excellent value for money. It's set back a bit from the main road, making it quieter with a nice atmosphere. It's also conveniently located close to everything, right next to Chiang Mai University.

An amazing hotel! 🛏️Room type: We booked a twin room, and the overall space was pretty decent. 🍃Environment: Excellent! There's an outdoor pool, a garden, and gazebos. You could easily spend half a day just at the hotel – the facilities are fantastic! For aviation enthusiasts, you can even see planes flying over the hotel! It's absolutely brilliant! Of course, because of the planes, it can get a little noisy ☹️. 🧼Cleanliness: Very good, much cleaner than I expected, with no major issues. However, a small suggestion for the hotel: the cleaning under the beds could be more thorough; it could use a good clean. 💁‍♂️Service: Very enthusiastic! 🍭Value for money: Excellent value, especially if you booked the hotel for 160-260 HKD. 📍Transportation: Very convenient. It's only about a twenty-minute drive from the airport, and getting to the old city center by motorbike takes just over ten minutes. It's convenient to get anywhere as it's located on the main road.

WARNING!!! Filthy, tiny, old, and poorly maintained!! Before booking, I saw decent reviews and even some recommendations on Xiaohongshu, so I thought getting a resort hotel with a pool for 200 yuan would be a good deal. Boy, was I wrong! The room was incredibly tiny, and the bed was so small that my arm hung off the side when I slept on my side! The hygiene was absolutely terrible. The disposable slippers had clearly been worn by someone else! There was a fake eyelash stuck to the bottom of the mineral water bottle – I genuinely questioned if I should even drink it, or if the bottle hadn't been sanitized at all! Honestly, there are many old hotels in China that, despite their age, are very well maintained. This hotel, however, is just neglected; there's no maintenance whatsoever! The hotel is located down a small alley, which gets a bit dark at night. I'd recommend taking a taxi.

The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around by taxi. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was generally clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, providing a good rest experience. The staff were friendly and responsive to requests. Basic facilities were all there, with stable hot water and effective air conditioning. The only downsides were some minor maintenance issues and average soundproofing, as we could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. Overall, it offers decent value for money and is suitable for short stays. If you're looking for extreme quietness and luxury amenities, it might fall a bit short, but it's perfectly adequate for a regular stay.

The room was great, and the pool had a really nice vibe. The front desk staff helped with luggage and could even speak Chinese.
