I’ll make it a point to stay at any Microtel I can because I know it’s not necessarily the greatest but it’s by faor not the worst decent breakfast, decent rooms clean environment and I like the fact that it’s inside instead of outside like a regular motel

I did have switch rooms the first room I was in the bathroom was dirty stains in the Bathtub and on my bed. I went to the second room it was okay very dusty and the drawers were broken. I always come Prepared with my own lysol spray and wiping things down. It was okay considering the price. There was a crack in my mirror.

Well how to start the picture that it showed us was not what the room looked like the paint is peeling from the ceiling and it took me 3 times to get the door opened. My fiance had to slam his body into the door to lock it. It the door was bowed like someone kicked it in.. it looked like they were remolding it I hope they were painting and replacing the doors. The towels had stains on them and we got 2 not big at all. I don't mind asking for towels but I have stayed at alot of wyndhams never had a bad experience till now stayed 3 nights won't be staying there again next year..

When we got checked in, went to our room, pulled the sheets back and there was a vibrator, yes, the kind you’re thinking of. Went right back down to the desk, she gave us a new room, we went to the new room, the keys don’t work, back to the desk again, she said some room keys haven’t been working so every time we need to be let in we have to tell the front desk and someone would walk to our room to let us in….she comes ANd lets us in and the lights switches don’t work, no lights… she fumbles in the dark until she finds a lamp that turns on. Only one bed lamp worked, the radiator cover was broken off in the front. Lets just say it was a terrible experience! The lady at the desk was so kind and did what she could but this was awful!!! If i hadnt paid through ******* I would have asked for a refund!!! I do have pictures from both rooms

We were there for a soccer tournament my daughter lost fist games were eliminated. Went to hotel to check in. My girls were stocked about the pool which wasn’t working our room was not ready yet and didn’t want to wait so lady at desk was very helpful and allowed us to cancell thank you

I have stayed at the Baymont from previous trips down to visit my son and always the service is excellent. And all previous rooms have been wonderful - comfortable, clean. My friends and I booked the suite this time so that each of us had our own bed. Unfortunately, one pillow case was dirty, there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, there was what looked like a cigarette hole in one of the blankets. We got in very late and were leaving the next day so we made due but was very disappointed in the suite. Other rooms I have stayed at were very nice! And the customer service has always been great!

Everything was okay it was my second time staying the first time was perfect the second time wasn’t too good I chose a smoking room the second time and it was full of roaches in the bathroom and the toilet ran all night

We got the double bedroom suite with the sofa bed. It worked out great! It was spacious enough for my family. The hotel is pet friendly so I brought my Bella along. It’s in a convenient area for where I needed to be that weekend.
