疫情期間，人少客稀，房間空餘，前台卻故意把網絡承諾的六層以上降低到5層，窗外還緊挨着中央空調鼓風機，噪音極大，被迫找前台更換。我們倆都七十多了，是長客不知道為什麼這麼對待我們？5層511-517都受那個鼓風機影響。在前台見到應該要求還。浴室花灑水龍頭是脱落的

很差，毫無體驗感，本來除了服務其他還基本行，衹因個別服務人員職業素養實在不敢恭維，就都一星吧，如果有零星絕對選零星，下次去了一定要拍個某個服務人員的照片上傳。

房卡找不到了，到服務枱補辦房卡，服務生沒有任何聲明，結果結賬時説扣50元按金。對這種做法不能接受，補房卡收費為什麼在補卡時不提前説明？

飛機延誤了，回頭再住，這個樓層服務員服務很一般。讓補兩瓶水也不補，説就兩瓶，多了要掏錢。然後中午休息時間在隔壁大聲操作吸塵器，給她説了，還是堅持折騰完，一箇中午覺全毀了。太慘了。

住的特別不痛快的一次酒店。本來是回老家，家裡沒有網，孩子要上課。家人給先定了兩晚酒店，又想多待一天，自己又續了一晚。感覺酒店服務真的是很糟糕。孩子上網課着急打印資料，前台説能打印，一共8頁紙，打出來後服務人員説每間房衹能免費打5頁，剩下的三頁要我交費。我問前台説我們一共四間房，住三晚都不能免費打那三頁嗎？前台説“不可以，你還是交一下費用吧，2元一張。一共6元。”因為已經開課來不及了，所以就趕緊付費沒計較。但最後一天退房特別讓人生氣。想着早點上高速，吃完早飯就退房了。酒店打電話説查房少了一個杯墊，要我付費。真是氣憤，我都沒看到什麼杯墊，讓他們再找找，説找了沒有。我一再強調我不可能拿他們杯墊，都沒注意有沒有。酒店不理會。我們又返回酒店找他們理論，到前台一羣服務員在那裡站着，我先生説你們哪位陪我上去看看我看一下什麼樣的杯墊，一直沒人理。沒辦法自己上去了，結果房間鎖着，又下來找他們開門，前台這時給負責打掃衞生的服務員打電話讓給開一下門，結果服務員説杯墊找到了，不用開門了。來回折騰了半個小時。全程無一句道歉。這服務真的是讓人很無語。

房間升級後比較寬敞明亮，早餐可口，停車方便，就是有點乾燥，建議配加濕器 ，服務員速度有待提高。建議早餐可以添加餛飩
