温泉の質が素晴らしい。部屋も広くて過ごしやすかった。ウェルカムドリンクも充実していたし、朝食のメニューも豊富で美味しかったです。

予約したのが間際だったので朝夕食が取れなかったのが残念でした、次回からは早めに予約し食事を頂きたいです。
ウエルカムアルコールが良かった。
お風呂も広くてお湯も垂れ流しで良かったです。

酒店設施有些陳舊，但是是標準的日式旅館，服務人員都很熱情，湯也很好。別所的寺廟也很莊嚴，是個適合遠離人羣的温泉地區。

Love Japanese Onsens and this Onsen did not disappoint. While this is more of a hotel style with traditional Japanese rooms (as compared to Bessho Onsen which is a more traditional Japanese Inn), it was still worthwhile. The overall service was great. The meals which were included in our booking were outstanding. While the town was quiet it was still Interesting to walk around

8月の最終週に夫婦で利用しました。コロナの感染が落ち着かない中、総じて丁寧な対応をしていただきました。夕食は品数も多く、とても美味しくいただきました。朝食はダイニングでしたが、席の間隔も十分で清潔感があり安心できます。お風呂は広い訳ではありませんが、露天風呂もあり温泉らしい匂いのするお湯を楽します。御坂館は、5階でエレベーターの乗り換えに50ｍ程度館内を移動する必要があります。ベランダに出ると塩田平が見下ろせます。玄関前は、あまり広くありません。車を止めるとスタッフの方が駐車場に止めに行ってくれます。ドラレコの画像を確認しましたが丁寧に運転されていました。

リニューアルしたり、お出しのサービスがあったり努力されている印象。 料理も凝っていて美味しかった。 子供向けの料理も豪華に見えて良い。 但し、古い旅館だからか 部屋や廊下、館内全体が古い匂いがして、部屋へはアロマスプレーをしてなんとかしのいだ。 温泉は良かったが、民家が見えて、望遠鏡があれば覗けるのでは、と思うと落ち着かない。 部屋からの景観は微妙なので閉め切っていた。良いところだと思うけど匂いと部屋からの景観が気になりリピートはしない。

信州サーモンがとても美味しかったです。 周囲も静かでかつ歴史ある旅館で落ち着けました。 露天風呂でのビールサービスは中止でしたが、コロナ禍の昨今では致し方ないのかなぁと。そのかわりウェルカムドリンクやモーニングコーヒー等のサービスはとても良かったです。 全体的にコロナウィルス対策も万全で安心して滞在できました。 機会があればまた訪れたいですね。

もうリピートしないと決めていたのでクチコミ入れませんでしたが、今の状況をしりたいので入れます。昨年行きました。食事処はきれいにリニューアルされて料理も工夫されてよかったです。でも肝心の浴室が良くなかった。湯上がり処はきれいにリニューアルされていますが浴室は今までのままらしく狭く息苦しい。洗い場と浴槽が近くシャワーやあらっている泡や石鹸が浴槽に入り大変不衛生でした。また真田氏の赤い浴槽は気持ちいいものの一つしかなく、私がのんびり入っていたら次に入りたい女性が側でじっと見ていてゆっくり入れませんでした。まずリニューアルが必要なのは浴室でしたね。今も変わりませんか?浴室がリニューアルされて広くなったらまた行きたいです。
