I have stayed here several times. Always very friendly and accommodating staff and the rooms are clean and quiet.

We arrived on a Saturday and were given a room. When we got to the room we noticed what looked like lipstick and maskara on the drapes. We were given a new room We dropped off our luggage and met our family. When we returned we found that the room we got had an unasable phone and the toilet was not bolted down on one side. Too late to change but were given a different foom that only had a wet floor after a heavy rain. Still waiting to see about some sort of compensation for having to move two different times. Not good experience but they had no problem with moving us. The breakfast is very poor.

Seemed like a newer property. Clean, quiet and in excellent condition. Throughout my stay a large SUV was parked adjacent to the main entrance blocking direct access to the parking lot.

The 2 staff working at the front desk didn’t know how to answer billing questions and were texting their boss and calling him continuously through out our conversation. They also ran our credit card the day before our scheduled arrival. Upon booking we selected pay upon arrival.

Property is in a nice area and for the most part was clean. Staff was shady. Room did not have towels, provided shampoo and conditioner was terrible, no shower curtain and had to lift up on door to properly get it to lock. Staff said they would charge $5 for a lost key and would not print me a receipt to show I turned mine in.

Good accommodations with a few gaps.
Very clean. Short on towels, no bath mat and floor extremely slippery. Towels were provided by front desk when requested. We were a party of 4, only three bath towels provided. No hand towels or wash rags. Staff were very accommodating.

It was okay but not great. Monday morning breakfast was basically non existent. The couch in the room was dirty.

The best thing I can say is that it's the best option in Chisago area. Think next time I'm in the area I'll stay down the road in Forest Lake
