Every year I try to go back to this fabulous all inclusive complex. Its not a massive impersonal 5 star hotel its actualy an intimate small hotel. It was full yet the staff coped admirably in fact we didnt wait longer than a minute to get served in either the bar or snack resteraunt. All the food is of good quality, prepared freshly and plentiful with an outstanding kids corner in the main restaurant. I know the rooms are old fashioned, which is about to be rectified but who honestly cares. I only sleep in the room, so I never see if its dated or not! As all the staff are excellent, its not fair to single one out but I have to mention Soulla who does all she can to help the guests and makes a fuss of them all. Also a quick mention to Luda who runs the reception desk with ease. We will be back

Fantastic holiday, amazing for families, but dated but very clean and well maintained! Have to give special recognition to the entertainment team Alex and Nadia, they were engaging, fun, made us feel welcome! Kids loved the kids club and mini disco and Alex blew our minds with his many talents! 100% recommend

A hidden gem with amazing staff especially Soulla (my mum would like to say thank you to her for the Greek lessons) and the bar staff. My daughter and i both had spa treatments which were exceptional. Food was excellent, well presented and something for everyone. We had a spacious room overlooking the pool. The pool was large with lots of surrounding sun beds. Hiring a car is a good idea due to taxi costs etc even though the buses are cheap. Some of the evening entertainment was for young families and large groups of students. A few tweaks needed here and there to make it a full four star. We would return x From the family of 3 generations x

Had a brilliant time at Eleni! We booked it a while back and with a couple of weeks to go, I read some reviews that made me think...ohhhh dear, what have we done? But honestly, they are unfounded. We travelled as a family with our 2.5 year old daughter. The hotel is about 15/20 mins from Paphos airport which is great. We got a private transfer and it was soooo smooth. We booked a one-bed apartment which was really decently sized. Not the Ritz but they're clean and the air con is great. Comfy beds. We requested a cot which we needed to follow up on when we arrived and it wasn't in the room, but it was soon sorted. We had a pool-side room and there are so many reviews moaning about the music, but honestly it's not bad at all. The music comes on at 10am, there is a break 12:30 - 3ishpm for lunch, then it goes back on until about 17:00ish. Music from the entertainment at night starts about 20:30 until about 11pm. The bar stays open until 1am (I think?) but there's no booming music. I did worry about this as we have our young child who is still napping, and was going to bed at 10ish (8pm UK time) but it didn't matter at all, even with a pool room. If you are truly bothered by the music in the day, you can take one of the sunbeds out past the pool bar onto the grass in front of the sea, much quieter. The pool was PERFECT for my little one. It's like the sea in that its super shallow and then gets deeper. A couple of slides and a little water fountain thing, too. We always had sunbeds at the kid side so she could paddle in front of us. Warning - people reserve sunbeds so get in early. I reserved ours about 7ish and was never the first there! I know it's not ideal but it didn't feel as aggressive as some places I've been before. Entertainment is fine. Mini disco starts about 20:45pm, then bingo 21:15pm - 21:45pm, then a show usually 10pm - 11pm. We saw Parrot Show, Fire Show and traditional dancing. Kids club / entertainment is brilliant, shoutout to Nadia who kept the kids entertained with face painting, shirt painting, making bracelets, games etc. Inclusive for my little one. It's not a babysitting service but if your kids are older you can definitely sit by the pool and let them get on with it! A few reviews moan about it being "in the middle of nowhere". If you're expecting to walk out of your hotel to a full holiday ***** like Paphos, this isn't it. However, 5 minutes walk away there is a bigger supermarket, and a ***** of decent restaurants. We went to the church (left of the hotel) to have a look and went out to the pizzeria which was lovely. I do think these people just don't check their Google Maps on where they are haha. If you do need more action, a taxi into Paphos is 15-20 euro (they prefer cash). Food was fine, standard buffet fare, lots of choice, good for adventurous people and the fussiest of kids. Drinks on all-inclusive are fine - wine, beer, coke etc, not really sure what all the moaning is about - I've seen moaning about plas

Me and my partner have checked in todsy 5 June 2024, after a delayed 1 hour flight and where I suffer from anxiety and hadn't flown for 20 years, and after the reviews I had seen on line when the time off booking I was looking forward to our pre moon honeymoon together for the first time before we get married in setpt. As soon as I arrived my first impressions were not good, the hotel did not look like what they looked like in the pictures online. As soon as we went through to the main reception area, you couldn't here yourself think as the music was so loud, and after a long fight and arriving at 10.30 in the eve it's the last thing you need, when we got to the reception desk and fair play to the lovely young man who checked us in, he couldn't here what I was saying,..My first impression as soon as I walked through the door was not good, it felt like I was at a club 18-30 bar. Check in was really easy and pleasant, But as soon as I was given my key and walked too my apartment , this is when my anxiety got even worse, I was put in a ground floor apartment, stairs either side knowing there would be people going past my door all night either side. I did go back to reception and spoke too to the same person who checked me in and managed too change me rooms, however this wasn't much better but at least I've been put on a first floor. My anxiety has gone gone through the roof, this has made me and my partner argue and I've laid here in tears and at this present moment I just want too leave and go home...this so far has been the worst experience ever, to me this is for young people not grown adults in our 40s and 60s wanting a quiet holiday and relax, this is more for like I said a club 18- 30 holiday. We have to spend the next 6 days here which I'm not looking forward too, as this first time experience for us both on our first time ever holiday just too tealx together has just ruined the mood and I can see us having too leave early. So as far as I'm concerned avoid this Hotel if you want partner and relax time....its more party, party time hotel. I will say I will never be returning again.

I booked this holiday last year and since booking there were a fair few reviews that had me worried, but honestly there was nothing to worry about! I read another review where someone said people who complain have beer money but expect champagne and that is what I think has happened- for the price we paid for a in school holiday break we couldn't complain! I went with my parents and children and we all had a fantastic time, saying it was one of the best holidays we have been on. Room- dated, but clean. Shower did keep going hot and cold, but it was fine and I did take a non-slip mat for the children which was needed. We were on the ground floor and there were ants a couple of days, but we told reception and they came straight away to spray and clean them which was wonderful. The air con was fine- couldn't work it out to begin with but once we did it kept us nice and cool, we even had to turn it off one night as it was chilly! Food- we loved the food, the children were always able to find something (chips, pasta, desserts etc.) We loved the stuffed vine leaves that were out a couple of nights and our favorite night was probably the tex mex, but to be honest we enjoyed it all. The breakfast wasn't the best, but we just skipped it and just had the cheese and ham toasties from the snack bar which were lovely. Drinks- we worked our way through the cocktail list (which are all made properly, none of this from the machine rubbish!). My favorite was the San Francisco and my Mums was the Gin Fizz. The children loved the mocktails with Micky Mouse being the best. They loved the slushies too. We had iced coffee quite a bit which again was lovely. The wine was drinkable too which was a bonus as often at AI the wine can be horrible. Pool- this for us was the bets bit, the way it graduates down meant the children could swim and play really well without me having to worry. They loved it and we spent the whole week relaxing. Bliss! We had inflatables and they loved being able to have them in the pool. There was water polo and volleyball on each day if that's the sort of thing you enjoy and they also do aqua gym. Music was put on most mornings, but the lifeguard (who didn't do much life guarding!!) turned it down or off through the day, so you might want to take ear phones if if you like to listen to music around the pool. Entertainment- we really enjoyed the entertainment, nothing spectacular but it was fun and we had a good time. We enjoyed the bingo "shaky shaky wakey wakey!" My daughter loved the kids club and the lady who ran it calling her "my teacher". She enjoyed the mini disco every night and was the first on the stage ready to copy the dances, she hasn't stopped dancing to KouKou move since we have got back! Location- we didn't mind the location as we just list to spent the week relaxing by the pool. We did go up to the shop and pharmacy which is a 5 minute walk up the road and everything was reasonable. The shop on site is very over priced s

Well after reading a fair few negative reviews I wasn’t looking forward to my stay here as much as I should, please ignore those reviews we as a family had a fantastic stay! Yes the hotel does need a few little tweaks like fixing the shower heads & a lick of paint here & there but other than that it’s a great hotel & we were very lucky to get one of the 4 rooms with the best views overlooking the ocean… The food was lovely, fresh & loads of variation to try new things the only thing that they should do is let customers get their own drinks on a lunch & evening meal like they do at breakfast… All the staff so friendly & helpful & the entertainment on an evening very fun. Rooms cleaned every other day so nice & tidy all the time. The only negative is the location but everything just a bus ride away at €2 Daytime sports to play like water volleyball, polo, darts & pool which was fun especially in the pool as it was very hot & only in May!!! Would definitely return!!!

Thankyou Eleni Village for our lovely relaxing holiday. If you are looking for a 5* luxury all singing and dancing hotel with a 5* price tag, then this is not for you. We had a one bed spacious sea view apartment with a large private balcony. Fairly basic apartment, large bedroom with very comfy beds, lots of room for clothes, clean and tidy. Good water pressure in shower (over bath). Loo flushed well. Had a kettle, fridge, cups and glasses in what would have been a kitchenette at some point. We took our own coffee, tea and sweetex. Got milk from the handy onsite shop that sells virtually everything. A microwave would have been handy. As would a hairdryer, dustpan and brush, ironing board and iron. Hairdryer and key for the safe you can hire from reception. We had breakfast and evening in the restaurant. Being a smaller hotel the choices were a little limited but we managed to choose and enjoy all the food we had. The drinks were good. We drank our way through the cocktail menu, Some were better than others lol 😆 We very much enjoyed our time at the snack bar area. Mainly because of Soulla and the staff who were friendly and caring despite being busy. The area was kept clean and tidy. Also the peaceful sunbathing area with a lovely sea view so close to our apartment. Choraka is a mainly residential area with a few shops and restaurants. The evening entertainment was fun and varied. Highly recommended "pompadoms" Indian restaurant. And just opposite the hotel is St, George's Chapel , it is beautiful inside and out. We went into Pathos Harbour, which was also worth the visit. Our only negative was our instructions at reception to get to our apartment . The route we took went down several sets of steps with heavy suitcases late at night. Not the best of first impressions. The following day worked out we could have taken a much easier route, avoiding all the many steps, just the ones upto our apartment. For the price we paid for this holiday we were very happy. We had a lovely relaxing all inclusive holiday and will return.

Just celebrated my 50th birthday in Cyprus. Stayed at Eleni Hotel. Loved everything about it. The staff left me a bottle of champagne and a platter of fruits in the fridge for me. It was a pleasant surprise to come back to it in the evening. Really made my birthday extra special. Thanks Eleni staff.
