A member of the Jinling Group. The lobby is grand, and its design is based on the landscape series of classical Chinese paintings, creating a leisurely and elegant atmosphere everywhere. The rooms are mostly decorated with wood and are of high quality. After checking out, they took the initiative to contact us to see if anything was missing. The service was commendable. Perhaps due to the recent lack of business activities in the surrounding area and the transportation away from the city, the occupancy rate is not high, so the breakfast provided is not satisfactory. I hope it can be improved in the future.

The rooms is clean and new although the windows view is so so (this was not our aim for the stays). The over facilities are well maintained and the laundry + gym facilities are just good enough to serve the purpose. A good experience with this hotel.

I m a first time traveller to Chongqing and I stayed four nights in Glenview Hotel The room is spacious and clean. The location of Glenview Hotel is excellent and it's just few minutes walk to the metro station and the must go places near Liberation Square. Super convenient.The service of the hotel is excellent and I am so impressed by the human touch approach. I received a warm handwritten notes from the hotel on Women Day! Plus,I accidentally slipped down in the bathroom and my hand is a bit swollen and blue. Even tough it is not serious, the staff of the hotel took good care of me.Highly recommended

The location, furnitures and architecture gives a unique feeling and experience so in general i think this hotel worth a visit. + The location was very calm and the sunset view on the river was amazing. + Large room with very high ceiling - The swimming pool is more a decoration than usable, it doesn't feel clean. I only swam one time and didn't feel comfortable. - No breakfast around and no laundry service. - The internet was pretty bad randomly, sometimes it's their ISP, sometimes it's the router so you have to ”steal” another room router. 4g signal pretty low in my room. Hardly usable for remote work.
