Xunmeng Theme Hotel (Jiefangbei Area/Hong Ya Dong) ★★
"Good location in downtown Chongqing. A very basic room, much smaller than what I imagined. No smell of cigarettes. Has a nice view. The bed is very hard, making it difficult to sleep. As other people have already mentioned, there is no door for the bathroom. The shower door handle is missing. Wi-Fi connection is poor. Housekeeping cleaned the room only one time."

IntercityHotel Chongqing Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street
"My short trip to Chongqing was made even better by staying at the Intercity Hotel on Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. The hotel's location is superb, with most popular attractions within walking distance, saving a lot of travel time. The 13th-floor infinity pool and sky bar are definite highlights – perfect for photos, and the nighttime views of the mountain city are truly special. The room was clean and tidy, with attention to detail, making it very relaxing to return to after a day out. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, dealing with any issues promptly. The gym and 24-hour laundry room are excellent amenities, ideal for travelers. Overall, everything was top-notch, no complaints here. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chongqing, and I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."

Chongqing YaQi Hotel(Jiefang Tablet shop)
"The hotel was a bit hard to find, tucked away in a parking lot, but it's pretty close to the subway station. If you're a solo female traveler, I wouldn't recommend going out too late, though it's fine if you have company. The room itself was decent, with a full-length mirror and a river view. There's a pool on the top floor, but I'm not sure if it's actually usable. When I checked out, I went up to look, and there was no AC running and no staff around. One downside is the early 12:00 PM check-out time; it feels too soon, and you don't even get 24 hours. On the bright side, the front desk lady was very kind; she immediately brought my ID up to my room when I left it at the front desk. Also, the fridge in the room didn't cool very well."
INisle|Skyview Hotel&Bar
Elegant high-altitude sanctuary featuring floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a stylish sky-view bar, and breathtaking sunset vistas over the city skyline.
Chongqing Ashan River View Hotel (Jiefangbei Raffles Square Branch)
Polished riverside retreat featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, elegant decor, and romantic night views of the shimmering Yangtze River and city lights.
Nicesoe View Cloud Book House Hotel (Shangqing Temple Niujiaotuo Subway Station)
"The room size was decent, clean, and quite tidy. It was also very quiet and conveniently located. There's a supermarket and restaurants downstairs, and it's a reasonable distance from the subway."
Chongqing KS Kongshang Hotel (Jiefangbei Hongyadong Store)
"The night in the mountain city is as dark as ink, yet the lights here are so inviting. Staying in the 'Cloud' 180° Panoramic River View Twin Room, I truly understood what 'aptly named' means. Opening the window, I saw the Jialing River and the Yangtze River gently embracing. The eaves of Hongyadong's stilted buildings hung with warm yellow dreams, and the flowing lights of Qiansimen Bridge shattered into a galaxy on the river surface. There's no need to climb high for a view; this floor-to-ceiling window is the best frame. Located in Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, in the morning you can hear the melodious bells, and in the evening, you can stroll through the bustling market. All the vibrant streets are within walking distance. For a trip to Chongqing, this place is the best choice—saving you time to get lost and meet new people. Chongqing Airspace, with cleanliness as its foundation and thoughtfulness as its brushstrokes. On the bed, you rest to the sound of the river; upon waking, you embrace the misty clouds. Far exceeding expectations for a four or five-star hotel, I only wish to stay here indefinitely and never return."
FORMONT High-Rise River View Hotel (Chongqing Hong Ya Dong Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, Chongqing)
"The location is superb, very close to Hongyadong, and on the same street. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk. The hotel has robots that deliver takeout; they call your room's landline when they arrive, which kids would definitely love. The laundry room and gym are on the same floor, and the hotel also offers laundry service, so you don't need to do it yourself. Although the kids' play area isn't huge, it's enough to keep them entertained while you enjoy breakfast. It's a good idea to sit at a table close to the play area so you can keep an eye on them, as it is a public space. A special mention goes to the breakfast, which is served until noon, allowing you to sleep in and still enjoy a leisurely meal. The front desk also provides a self-made travel guide for Chongqing, which I found to be better than planning my own itinerary, saving me from taking unnecessary detours. The overall service is also excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends visiting Chongqing."
Chongqing Jingmu Xinyue Hotel (Jiefangbei Hongyadong Branch)
"The room was very clean and the tourist attractions were conveniently located. I'm very satisfied."
Yuexuan Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Hongya Cave Branch)
"Highly recommend this hotel! The room was spotless, the bedding and bathroom were impeccably clean with no strange odors. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in, and they promptly resolved any issues we had. The overall experience was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip."
SENSE SCENE HOTEL (Chongqing Hongya Cave)
"Our stay was amazing, the front desk were very friendly and helpful with everything. Rooms were big, modern, and the AC was our best friend during the heat summer at Chongqing. I highly recommend it specially since the location is very closed to the touristic areas! 5/5 stars."
