一、位置優越：一直是香格里拉酒店最好的地段，交通方便，地鐵幾分鐘，總體體驗一如既往的好。仍然喜歡香格里拉温暖的房間佈置，回到酒店就如同見到老朋友一樣讓人感覺親切舒適。
二、設施完善：配套完善，結束行程樓下就是蘭桂坊餐廳，星巴克咖啡，聚餐也氛圍好，非常愜意，今天又續住一晚，必須安利給同事朋友。
三、服務好：任何時候聯繫工作人員都會全力地提供幫助，讓差旅在外的我感覺暖心、省時省力，請客服的阿姨添加被子、拖鞋都非常迅速。尤其感謝客房部經理Sean、Krystal提供優質服務。👍👍
以及前廳部賓客經理Yvonne小姐姐在住店期間提供所有用心幫助，還有賓客部回訪服務，非常周到細緻，香格里拉品牌值得信賴，值得忠實選擇。👍👍

①衞生太差 電視櫃牀頭櫃存放垃圾滿滿的惡臭味！
②門鎖是壞的，明明鎖上 半夜有住客女子用鑰匙打開房門稱：怎麼有個男的在這裏！*** 連個道歉的話都沒有！
③房間設施基本上都是壞的
地板破着大洞，頂上發黴掉渣渣
花灑🚿漏水嚴重
燈光 閃閃時亮時不亮
拖鞋 泥巴結痂
噁心🤢透頂
最最重要的是
床單被套上有蚊子🦟屎粑粑
天色太晚 初來乍到的
退訂單 不給退！
衹能將就坐了一晚上！
最垃圾客棧沒有之一！

床是壞的，廁所馬桶上面還有小零食，沒吹風機，床下灰姑娘挺多的，但是也對得起這個價格了，55雙人間，將就住一下
