來滁州出差，選擇的這家酒店，從滁州高鐵站過來20分鐘，算很近了，酒店運營總監陳峯還提供了接站服務。因為是碧桂園的品牌，所以必須選擇。房間很大，提前開了空調，贈送了歡迎水果和酸奶，乾淨衞生，衞生間很大，有大浴缸，有淋浴間，淋浴間是獨立的，乾濕分離，非常衞生。房間的地毯很乾凈，很柔軟，床很大，很潔白，躺上去很舒服。最有特色的是，房間是免費升級的很大，很有設計感，房間有個大陽台，陽台上有擺放桌椅，可以欣賞外面的風景，風景很好。保安很熱心，幫忙拿行李，前台服務員很熱情，辦理入住很快捷，很專業。告知了電梯位置和早餐的時間。酒店的設施設備很齊全，有免費的停車場，停車場很大，有保安員負責指引車輛，周邊的配套很方便居住，小吃很多。交通便利。一次非常好的旅行，下次還會再來。

當晚到達，前台衹留個啥也不懂的實習生，辦理入住非常不順，但聯繫經理後，順利解決，值得肯定的是:服務很到位，房間也非常大！！！
1:就是停車不方便，停車場周圍黑燈瞎火，從停車場到酒店大堂還是有點距離，如果下雨天那就更麻煩了！！
2:房間設施比較陳舊，特別是衞生間的上花灑基本沒法使用。
3:入住率不高，早餐服務非常好（準時準時送達，服務員也有很強的服務意識）但品質差強人意！！！

住到碧桂園旗下的酒店，酒店的環境不錯、大堂乾淨整潔，設施比較齊全，大堂裏就有一家24小時營業的超市， 酒店停車非常方便，綠化很好，房間很寬敞，大約在45平米左右，非常感謝前台接待服務，他倆對我仔細、耐心地進行服務，早上看到一個小朋友在遊樂區裏一個接一個的玩了所有設施,我大概估算了下成本包含電力耗電 設施折舊攤提 運行保養 環境清潔 人力成本等,大約要收取30倍的價錢才符合成本（如果是個熊孩子那成本更高了-.-"）,這表示酒店夠大氣,相信碧桂園歐洲城鳳凰酒店能夠越來越好，越來越棒！加油！

除了服務以外，絕不推薦住的酒店。諾大的房間，很小的電視；洗澡的熱水需放很久（並水流很小）；異味很大老破不堪（不配星級酒店，充其量類比如家快捷）；除了房間傻大傻大的，性價比極低。

酒店不錯呀，2019年一家三口住過一次，這次又選擇這裏，酒店房間安排的不錯，乾淨整潔明亮，環境好！！ 前台小周媛媛辦理入住很專業，主要服務不錯 房間還做了升級！非常感謝！！位置也好找，客房服務不錯，早晨的自助早餐也很棒！種類很多！！房間的浴缸是孩子的最愛！！入住體驗感棒棒噠！！謝謝店家！！
