The hotel is relatively clean, in a large hotel park, ten minutes away from the airport. The only downside is supporting facilities, no supermarkets, restaurants. The water in the room is charged, 3 knives a bottle.

First night I stayed at this hotel was good that’s why I gave high score. However I extended my stay housekeeper manager was working at the front desk she checked me out and back into the same room around 8:30am. She did not let the housekeeper know I was a stay over all of my belongings I was told was thrown away by the housekeeper that cleaned the room. A call was placed to the front desk the same housekeeping manager came up apologized however stated the housekeeper did not take my items. The housekeeper that cleaned the room before the manager came up to talk to me she gave me some of my items back after she told me they were thrown away. Horrible staff will not be staying at this property again. I work in hospitality as well for 24 yrs I know items go to lost and found not thrown away. On top of all of that construction was going on a not was placed in the room saying about the noise between the hours 9am to 12pm. This went on well after 6pm.

Outstanding staff from front (above and beyond) dining and bar (exceptional) and even housekeeping who were friendly and gave great directions around Midway area.
The bedding and mattress were luxurious and perfect. I can’t recommend this hotel hard enough.

Pool was ok. Not warm but tolerable. Parking lot cleared from Snow. Water pressure in shower was low it seemed.

The room could have been cleaner. Some of the electric outlets were not working. The in the bathroom is on the same switch with light and it is very loud so wakes everyone up when the bathroom is in use. It does not look like recently (2020) fully renovated.

The exceptional service began as soon as I walked through the sliding glass doors. I was promptly greeted with smiles and a hello. The staff checked me in, reconfirmed my request for a top floor room and for a late check out.
The bar/restaurant is small, but the seating is comfortable! Each evening I had 5 star service from the restaurant team. I’d like to give kudos to Ms. Dana and her FABULOUS margaritas! :)
My room was warm and clean. Great bed and pillows.
Thank you for a wonderful few nights.
