We needed extra towels and the lady at the desk told us we had to go and find housekeeping on the floors.

The hotel experience was awesome. Hotel was in a great location. The check in attendant was very kind and helpful. The room was perfect for an overnight stay. It was close to everything, shopping, restaurants just an overall very nice area.

Clean is so important, and it was important. Breakfast was good and convenient to where I had business at. I had read a few bad reviews but I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place.

Solid Hyatt with a great breakfast in the morning. Only thing that kept me from 5 stars was excessive mildew/grime in the shower.

Check in was quick. Housekeeping was slow. Had to go to front desk to get own bath linens. Housekeeper made bed but didn’t clean bathroom or remove trash. Overall nice hotel.

First, they gave me the wrong room. Second, it didn’t have hot water. Bedding smelled gross. Paint was pealing off ceiling of the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good.
